I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] ***

I am hopeful that Butler will come on Monday as promised. However, I did not want to accept their response not knowing if they will actually come to do the work or not. If you are willing to give me until Monday to contact you about whether the work is done or not, that is acceptable to me. My concern was that in accepting their promise (again) to come and do work I would be accepting my complaint as resolved when it will not be until the work is actually done.

hello, our salesman , Rick [redacted] gave Mr [redacted] a multiple choice of estimates to remove a fence panel for access to install a pool it was decided that Butler Fence would rebuild a gate where a solid fence panel had been for a determined amountthe quote was never signed and when we arrived to build the gate , Mr [redacted] decided he would like the gate post replaced and another 7' section to be built as wellRick [redacted] revised the quote to do additional work and Mr [redacted] has not signed the quote as of now we have never had a signed contract to do work for Mr*** Thanks you, Mike [redacted]

we were planning on starting Mr*** fence on Friday 11/4, but because of heavy rain on Thursday, Thursday jobs were pushed until Friday

Regarding the above customer, Butler installed and was paid promptly for a PVC fence.  A few weeks after the fact, we received a complaint from customer regarding the gate/grade. We immediately sent our representative Andy H. to meet with customer and attend to the situation.  As you can...

see from the attached letter I've included (coincidently received same day as Revdex.com complaint was filed) that not only does Butler care about its product and its customers, but prompt customer service is a priority here...enough so that we receive unsolicited cards like the attached. Regarding the 'grade' of the customers property, all I can say is we are not landscape contractors...we are not home or lot builders...we work with the property that's given to us and its various nuances .  In this case, the left side of this house slopes significantly from edge of house to property line...and the type of fencing chosen (PVC) can expose the subtle grades even more. Andy met with husband during one of his visits, and apparently he left the property with the idea that the customer understood the situation with his lawn. Apparently based on this claim, the wife and husband aren't in agreement.  There is very little Butler can do unless customers willing to regrade their entire front lawn area. Sincerely, Rick A. Attached is the original contract and a receipt from who did the work.  If I can't get an apology, can I get the additional $464 I had to pay someone else for a rush job, after waiting almost 2 months for Butler?

when Mr. [redacted] special order came in it was missing one part. we're supposed to receive that tomorrow Wednesday 11/16.
we'll be back on site on Thursday , 11/17 to finish the job.

mr [redacted]'s estimate went out in yesterdays mail. 
he should receive it either today or tomorrow.
