tobaccoWhile this small detail seems unimportant, please understand that his total was $with tax.The customer placed his items on die counter, the store employes scanned both items and stated what the total purchase price wasThe customer at that point pulled a gallon sized Ziploc bag from his sweatshirt pocket, the store employee could visually see lots of pennies, dimes and nickelsThe store employee stated that she could not accept unrolled coins, She told him there was a bank near there.The customer demanded that the store employee except his coins, she refused and told him she could notThe customer threatened to call the policeThe customer, frustrated proceeded to call the store employee an obscene name ("***"),At this point the store employee instructed the customer to leaveAlthough the store employee may have used an exploitive to get the point across to get the belligerent customer to leave the store and put an end to the customer disrupting business.The customer then proceeded toward the door to leave but not before he willfully back handed a display of cigar packs knocking them up in the air and flying to the ground.The whole incident was caught on camera.While all employees of Puff N Snuff try to make the customers experience as pleasant and helpful as possible, there are times when customers are just impossible to please.Had the customer inquired prior to check out if the store employee would/could accept a rather large bag of unwrapped coins for payment, perhaps an understanding could have been reachedBut please understand the amount of un rolled change he wanted to pay for his items with was too large for the already full register till to handleThe store employee would have gladly accepted rolled coins as payment, but there was nothing she could have done with a large amount of unrolled coins.Thank You*** *** General ManagerNamred LLC
