I wanted to update you that after multiple phone calls to the business the Owner, Patrick finally answered the phone. He allowed me to stop by the office yesterday and gave me my refund in cash. This issue is now resolvedThanks *** ***

It was never Our intention to close our schoolIn fact we are looking for a new location and have possibly found a temporary oneWe are working with the state of Washington to get all of these students doneIt was never Our intention to have this happen or for our students to be left without
completing their courseWe do have another school that has agreed to take the students and finish their classes that need to be finished until we can get another location openedWe are truly sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused all of our students and parents and are doing everything within our power to rectify the situation

I am rejecting this response because:I can appreciate it was not the intention for the business to close, however I am now out of pocket for the next classes. They did not fulfill their end of our agreement and our money should be refunded. Time is of the essence, as the driver had lost 2 months now and will not be able to get his license when he turns 16, taking away a significant rite of passage. We would like a refund so that we can complete a program and get him his permit.
