I am responding to the complaint issued on December 14, 2016 by [redacted]. The complaint appears to be for purchased Vionic slippers from a retailer. We do not sell any products from our office. However, we did provide a link to another company (Our Doctor Store) who sells...
foot products out of convenience to our patients. I also have no record of [redacted] being a patient or any phone call or complaint issued by her to our office. It appears the complaint was issued to the wrong office or location. She must have a complaint to the retailer who sold her the slippers. Again, we have had no contact with complainant.
