Thank you for your business, and for your feedback We certainly strive to be able to make all of our customers happy We wish you were one of our happy customers and that you didn't feel the way you do about your moving experience If the only way to
make you happy is to refund 50% of your move, unfortunately, we don't believe there is anything that warrants a refund
Below is a record of emails opened by *** as well as insight regarding the matter Attached you will find the signed estimate and disclosure form
Regarding lack of communication or being made aware; below you fill a record of opened email notifications This indicates that emails we sent to *** were opened seven times prior to the move FAQ's, helpful how-to's, rights and responsibilities are just a few things in the emails We also record all phone calls and have listened to each of the calls prior to, during and after the move
There certainly wasn't a lack of communication In addition to speaking with ***, before, during and after the move, our office manager also had a lengthy conversation with ***'s Mom
Poor customer service misleading information (as it was NOT explain during time of registration, and lack of concern)
*** called in to reserve her move, we provided detailed information regarding the hourly rate for her move, the estimated time it would take to move her, and advised that the hourly rate did not include packing materialsWe also sent a confirmation to *** reiterating this, and links to other helpful information for *** to read, prior to her move including the consumer guide and links regarding what to expect on moving day

1- Told it would be $per TV for them to be moved
*** was provided an estimate , which showed the packing cost at $ The was the total amount for packing flat screen TV's, a glass hutch and a glass display case.
2- They would not unhook and re-hookup your washer and dryer
We provided *** with a disclosure (that she signed) which states, due to liability reasons we will not hook up her washer and dryer Again, this information was also provided to *** via email Our crew assisted her in unhooking the washer and dryer, but did not hook them up
3- They would charge overtime for anything over hours
*** was not charged overtime, she was simply notified that we do charge overtime The overtime charge didn't apply to her move This information was also provided to *** in the consumer guide that was sent at the time of booking her move, and again prior to the start of the moveWe did not give *** and estimate with overtime, nor did we charge her overtime for her moveThis was simply a notification
4- They would not reassemble your furniture (as they did not do- couches, beds, dining room table, china hutch, glass display case)
Our crew reassembles all furniture during a move unless we are asked not to, or in the event that the furniture is damaged in such a way that reassembly would not be safeIn this case, *** was notified while the crew was disassembling the bed that they would not be able to put the bed back together, because the bolts were stripped and it would be unsafe for them to reassemble the bed in this condition

I am rejecting this response because: no one has ever called me. The number I left each time, and the only number I have, is 206-707-2040. My email is [redacted]@gmail.com, which I don't think you have, but is another way to reach me. I'm very glad to hear that the lamp is fixed as I do like it. I need information on where I can pick it up.

I hope all is well.  I received the email from the Revdex.com regarding a complaint last week (after we spoke on the phone).  However, the issue with [redacted] had already been resolved.  In fact, it was resolved on the weekend of her...

move (Aug 15th/16th).  We checked our phone messages (while we were closed actually), contacted Ms. [redacted] and resolved the issue immediately.

Hi [redacted],I hope all is well.  The lamp is fixed, and we've called you to connect about getting the lamp to you.  We haven't been able to reach you.  I'm not sure why you feel that we have rotten customer service considering the circumstance, and the communication during...

your move, as well as after the move. We've reached out to you, you've called us, and we haven't been able to connect with you since the lamp was ready.  Prior to that, we spoke about the lamp and made you aware of what was going on.  Initially, your husband told us to not take the lamp, and that the lamp wasn't worth repairing.  The crew lead could see that you may have thought differently, so he took it upon himself to see to it that the lamp was scheduled for repair.  It did take some time to get done, and when we spoke initially, you told us to just let you know if it could be repaired.  It appears that you tried to get in touch with us, and left a voicemail.  Rest assured that we called you when the lamp was ready, and called you back recently.  The lamp is ready!

The lamp was fixed and is fine. Except for them not returning my calls or giving me any information until after I filed the complaint, I was very pleased with their service and work. The move, itself, was excellent
