Review: I sent my tax papers and my mother's tax papers to [redacted] in February of 2014 to have her complete our tax returns for us. She told me over the phone that if I mailed them to her right away she would complete them before she started getting the businesses tax returns that she does. She received them the first week of February to this day still has not completed them. I have been calling her for months asking her to please just return them to us and we will have someone else complete them for us. She keeps telling me that she will get them completed and in the mail right away. After several promises from her to do them and return to me, she still has not done so. Around August, I started asking her to return them to me unfinished so I could get someone else to do. She said she would but still has not. Now she will not answer my calls when I call her and will not return my calls when I leave messages. I don't know what else to do. I need these papers so we can file our 2013 tax return which is now 7 months late. Please help.Desired Settlement: I just want mine and my mother's tax papers returned immediately.

This came from my niece, whom I have make their returns at no charge. I had several operations after receiving her work papers. Had over 2/3's of her return finished - needed more information, whic I called for. Her papers were in the mail before I received your email. I willing gave you my email address - which did not pertain to the office.
Had no one able to go to office to get her paperwork. Spent hours working on her return - This is my 66th year and never a complaint before. I just couldn't move papers - have someone else go through my files. There is no penalty involved as they had a refund. Had figured that much out prior. Right now I am hurting - both hands - feet hard to think when you are hurting. Also several stays in the hospital.
Sorry it happened. Looking back should have someone to take me to office & returned her papers. Just a little longer receiving refund.
