Pugh's Flowers

Came in to order a funeral spray. I picked out a very nice large Spray, they did delivery on time, but the spray was not the size I ordered.I came in on friday August 30 around 9am to have a funeral spray delivered the same day to [redacted] on [redacted]. I spoke with [redacted] and she helped me to pick out a very nice spray. The spray was $211 total. I did not go to the wake on that friday, but my aunts were complaining about the size of the spray and said they could not believe that I send that on behalf of the family. My mother and I went to the funeral that saturday to find out that the spray was not the right size. Right after the funeral, I did not go to the burial because everyone was so upset with me about the flower, I went straight to Pughs. [redacted] was there and she apologize and refund me a portion for the spray. While we were at the flower shop, I called my cousin to have her to send me a picture of the spray because I forgot to take on. Well on September 1st someone forward me a picture of my spray that I ordered telling me that this was the one that was sent. I then sent back a picture of the one I recevied and the one they sent back saying that I was pissed, because the picture that was sent to me was beautiful. What we got was just thrown together. I returned to the store on today to show her the pictures, and [redacted] said that we were lying and the picture that was sent to me was the the one that we received. She also stated that she was very upset with me and my mother. What type of customer was that. tried to call the owner but did not get an answer. Desired SettlementThe damage has already been done. The funeral was over and I had to just deal with it. When I received the picture of a beautiful Spray that should have been at the funeral upset me further and [redacted] was extremely rude when we return to the store to show her the pictures. Business Response The size of a funeral spray is measured and pricedby the number of flowers not the heigth and width.Flower designers cut the length of flowers indifferent design pieces. The picture of the funeral spray she showed us was the same spray that we showed her a picture of before it was delivered. The difference is the one she showed us was delivered by the funeral home to the grave site and was broken and falling apart. We can't control how they handle the flowers after we deliver to them, especially thenext day at a different location. Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I do not accept this response. Friday when the flower were delivered to the funeral home it was not what I ordered and small and not falling apart. I have a family full of witnesses and they were all complaining about this spray. I have pictures and I have witnesses and I have the receipt. This is not acceptable. I will seek my attorney. They are lying and I am a dissatisfied customer. I will never return to Pugh and will let everyone I know and they know to never buy anything from them.Final Business Response I would like to ask what she thinks is fair resolve?
