I accept the refund of $However, Pugliese response is not truthful: We had the measurements taken by us, but Angelo did a drawing, which he did not provide to us and did not saveAccording to our measurements and Angelo's drawing, Angelo put the order togetherSo saying that Angelo did not make a drawing, is a lieNot only that, but Laura did the first drawing, and later Angelo 100% corrected Laura's drawingWe have all the written provesWe still agree to accept $that was promised to us, but without Revdex.com we would have never even received a responseThis is very unfortunate that Pugliese is a bate and switch business. If Pugliese will not return the promised $to us in days, we will be filing a swift lawsuit on the grounds of New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act violation, asking the Court for triple damages and attorney fees

***Mr*** only sent us a check to pay for the cabinetsHe later decided to use our installers and had to pay for that as wellSince he has received his cabinets he has been very pleased with both the product and the installation He also ordered more cabinets to add to his original
order, as has had no issues

*** *** has been reached out to multiple times by K&G Home Remodeling to come and install his missing garbage pull out, but has yet to respond

Pugliese will refund the delivery charge onlyThe customer came in to buy cabinets with their own floor plan, so Angelo priced out what they already had drawn up, no new drawing was needed, he went off what they already has listedThe customer was also told that the 24" cabinet they needed for the
sink would have to be modified because they do not make that size cabinetThey had their own contractor/ installer, Pugliese is not liableIf we were installing then our contractors would have modified the cab

here at Pugliese has lied to *** *** She understood that there was a backorder and that we can only go by the dates that the manufacturer provides***, *** and *** did as they were instructed by the manufacturer*** did attempt to deliver this cabinet to the customer when it came in but she insisted on coming to the shop to pick it upThis is an unfortunate situation as is any backordered cabinetWe sympathize with the customer deeplyI will refund her the cost of the cabinet and the delivery charge as a gesture for *** *** patience in this matterI want to again mention that we, Pugliese Kitchen & Bath, have no control over a cabinet that is on backorderIt rarely occurs, and when it does we work with customers to give them the latest information that the manufacturer gives usWe can only simply relay that messageUnfortunately, if the manufacturer gives us an incorrect date, we in turn give the customer an incorrect dateIt makes us look like that bad guysWe are deeply sorry that *** *** went through the delays of having a backordered cabinetWe dislike backorders as much as the customer doesAt the time of this writing I am refunded *** *** $delivery fee and $cost of cabinet for a total of $270. I submitted a complaint regarding a warranty issue for this vendor on June 26, 2015. Pugliese cabinets have since worked with me on this issue and it has been resolved. The cabinets have been replaced to my satisfaction.  I had a drive crash on my computer, so I no longer have the emails sent...

to me previously by the Revdex.com to update this issue. Please update this complaint as resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:it is Thursday september 10 2015 I have still not heard from k &g home remodeling when I here from k&g home remodeling and the garbage piece is installed I will accept the response and close the complaint when job is complete

After several attempts of sending this customer a hinge, we have finally located which hinge it is that she needs and have found out that that particular model has been discontinued. The hinge has been sent to her, as we have attempted 3 separate times. We have been diligently trying to help [redacted]...

[redacted]. She came into our shop yelling at [redacted] and surrounding customers. [redacted] was very professional and tried to calm her down as it was the first time he even heard she had an issue with her hinge. As she even stated we have shipped her multiple hinges. We are actively working to solve any issues that she may be experiencing. I may also take the time to state that the hinge is not even under warranty, but here at Pugliese we attempt to create a positive experience and will pay for additional materials in certain circumstances. We even paid $20 each time to overnight the hinge to her. We have in total spent over $100 trying to get this correct hinge to [redacted] as shown in the documents above. Those are the only ones I could find. Normally we don't even have paperwork scanned into our system for such small items. The last image is the packing that she left on [redacted]'s desk. It shows us overnighting hardware to her. It saddens me that a customer would act so in appropriately after this company has at all costs done whatever we can do accommodate her.
