We apologize for the miscommunication with David H[redacted].  At the time his sunglasses broke, it appears that our website was momentarily down for maintenance which is why he couldn't get ahold of us.  I have contacted the consumer and offered to send him a replacement pair...

of sunglasses to cover his product that broke.  This was a week ago and I still have not receieved any response from him on the product he is interested in.  I will await his decision and immediately send him a replacement once he gets back in touch with us.
