Thank you for your concern, we have already spoken with the client, we had asked them to please wait at least 5-business days from their last request since the factory sends the warranty directly (for materials)They have contacted the president on the company directly and not the office, as we have asked them to do so, therefore; its tougher for him to answer his callsWe stand by asking them to please wait the proper amount of timeShould they not receive it by 10/10/we will drive it to their front stepsThey cannot immediately receive it as they have demanded, and regardless of the amount of phone calls we are unable to issue the warranty paperwork since its issued by the factory

We were highly recommended to Mr*** by his relatives
because of the big amount of success and satisfaction we have provided on their
projectsWe saw a property with a lot of neglect (respecting repairs) and work
performed by unlicensed contractors, all of which hadn’t been reported to
the
city for obvious code compliance violationsWe advise Mr./Mrs*** their
roof was totaled and needed a full replacementThey made it clear, they didn’t
have any money to make any repairs because Mr*** had decided to install a
poolThey resorted to filing a claim with US ***, for hail and wind damage
During the time of the inspection, the adjuster sent from US *** proved to be very problematic and
refuse to pay based off the quoted $11,estimate(provided by PCG for necessary
repairs) we had provided, the reason was because of the policy Mr./Mrs***
had purchased DID NOT include FULL REPLACEMENT VALUE instead only partial
coverageThe insurance company evaluated the work they could cover at around $7,
USD, out of which Mr./Mrs*** could only receive $from the total,
reason why the police was as affordable as it was The insurance company asked Mr/Mrs *** to be
compliant with their duties under the policy and pay their full deductible as
well, as the difference in pricingMr/Mrs *** refused to do so, and instead
ask for temporary patchesWe advise them any patches would only be a way to
delay the inevitable, because the roof
had to be replaceMr./Mrs*** shared with us, they would get a lawyer and
only needed minimal repairs while the lawyer would help them in their caseWe
gave them an offer to make some temporary repairs for the amount of $2892.25,
and after they talked to other contractors they agreed and signed a contract
(which is attached)Because of the conditions of the roof, we added on the
back a clause showing the actual coverage The client had the work performed and after
being completed, he inspected the work to make sure he was satisfiedweeks
later he finally contacted regarding the balance on the project, at this time
he only paid $2,USD because he said he had spent the rest and would pay
it laterA debt which he never paid for various excuses. This year because of the heavy storms and new rains, it
further damaged their old roof in several NEW spots, and because their property
was improperly built they experienced some new issuesWe responded to a
service request from him on may, for which he email us on 5-13-via his work
email *** and he clearly explained how our installer showed him how the wind had torn out
other shingles outside of the “scope of work” we had performed and how it lead
to a leakDuring that visit, as a courtesy, we handle the additional repair
even while he had a pending balance on the workHe took the same opportunity
to again ask us to donate more money for the *** *** ** *** *** ***After that email he continued to ask every chance possible for money,
since we had previously give him a cash contributionFor which we asked for a
receipt but he always had an excuse for not giving us one, ranging from leaving
it(receipt) in his office to having issues with his treasurerHe later took to
continue asking for money, and we had to tell him we could not give him any
money without receipts during which point their tone and demeanor was changing The second time they requested money and we refuse to
provide it for them it was followed by a text from Mr*** were he says he
had a repair man who had offered to replace their SF roof for $3,000.00,
and how we should have replace their roof for the price of the repair which
they did NOT fully payWe provided to them a full list of materials and an
idea of the labor it would consume to be able to do their work, while meeting
city regulationsThey understood and apologize for their commentAs of August Mr*** decided to drop their case against their
insurance company for personal reasonsWe tried contacting him several times
to try to explain to him how leaving the roof as it was would lead to further
damage (during august warranty had already expired)We did not hear again from
Mr*** until around October, during which time they reported further NEW
damage to their propertySince the property has a dead valley, anytime a new
section leaks, it goes to the same spot as they previously had when they first
contacted usWe responded by sending our technicians to their property but
since they live in the south side of town they had their gates locked and
several dogs roaming around, most of which we couldn’t see collarsOur
technicians couldn’t get on the property, since the clients arrive to their
property after pm (because of their profession as teachers and their after
school activities) its very difficult to coordinate with themEven due to their delinquency we have attempted to help the
*** family, because of our relations and business dealings with their
relativesBut we have come to find out Mr./Mrs*** are attempting to get
something for free from everyone, we have previously offered and communicated
our conditions if we helpHowever, they insist on cash donations to their club
or in this case cash for a repair for which they agreed to and signed a
contract, partially paid, and have had more work performed outside of the scope
of work The reason we were referred to them, was because of how effective and successful we are in every projectMr./Mrs*** are purposely misrepresenting the facts for cashEven though the warranty has expired the verbiage in our contract dictates, the moment another contractor touches their roof any and all warranty expiresRegardless of any repairs made, their issue is the condition of their entire property, their expectations are not reasonable However, as we done for years we are glad to help any consumer and provide a courtesy for them should they retract their accusations

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] is a lier, after the work was done on 8/29/14, we gave him that last check, he said that the warranty was in the mail. He never said that it was coming from the manufacturer. I have emails  from [redacted] saying that the warranty was in the mail on 9/27/14. The last time that we heard from [redacted], he said that if we did not received the warranty buy the end of the week he would bring it out to my home. It's been more than 5-7 business days. If you can bring it to my front steps, please do so. Call me at ###-###-#### or ###-###-####  to make sure someone is home. I need this matter resolved. Thanks for your time.

Thank you for your concern, we have already spoken with the client, we had asked them to please wait at least 5-7 business days from their last request since the factory sends the warranty directly (for materials). They have contacted the president on the company directly and not the office, as we...

have asked them to do so, therefore; its tougher for him to answer his calls. We stand by asking them to please wait the proper amount of time. Should they not receive it by 10/10/14 we will drive it to their front steps. They cannot immediately receive it as they have demanded, and regardless of the amount of phone calls we are unable to issue the warranty paperwork since its issued by the factory.

Response:

To Whom It May Concern,

We truly apologize to Mr./Mrs. [redacted] for feeling the need to take this approach to resolve an item we were previously in full agreement of development and conclusion. We have several times attempted to reach out to them to address any and all concerns, and we are glad to fully handle their concerns. Unfortunately, Mrs./Ms. [redacted] have retain legal council from Mr. [redacted], and because of that approach we are limited on our ability to comment and offer solutions. We have been open to Mr. [redacted] and worked with him every opportunity possible to resolve this matter. We hope we can resolve this without having to blatantly lying about facts, as Mr. [redacted] resorted to doing. Unlike his statement says my mother isn't involved in the company at any level. I am sorry they feel the need to lie via means of defamation and libel.

We would highly encourage Mr./Mrs. [redacted] to submit them self through the Revdex.com mediation services, or if any mediation between our legal representation. We have every intention of handling this issue to the best of our means, and look forward to correct any items that are within reason. As per our reputation and standing with the Revdex.com and several other outlets we have a long reputation for doing right and helping people, we would like to use this opportunity to demonstrate the same.

We would also like to inform them, that the business address for the business is 18756 Stone Oak Parkway, Suite 200 in San Antonio Texas 78258. Not the address they reference in their correspondence.
