I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

The vehicle purchased by this customer was a vehicle being sold out of our Budget Row with known mechanical problems at time of saleThe customer was notified of mechanical defects and signed a form acknowledging that they were aware of known defectsThe vehicle developed a couple of new problems
that we in the interest of providing the our high customer service level fixed at no charge to the customerWe did have her vehicle in several times and they did go without their vehicle while we fixed multiple items for them at no chargeConsidering they purchased an "AS IS" budget row vehicle we believe we went well above and beyond what should be expected for this type of saleWe also gave her this customer a brand new Chevrolet loaner to drive at no charge while we worked on her vehicleThis consumer was never without a vehicle while we were repairing the vehicle we sold themIn addition, we did make one payment in the amount of $to Credit Acceptance Corporation on their behalf on November 8,

Mr*** presented his vehicle to us as noted in the complaintOne of our best technicians diagnosed it as notedIt was his belief that the injectors were failing during the high heat conditions under loadIt is our belief that the injectors
would continue to fail under load and high heat conditions and therefore recommended what we believed to be the best repairWe have spoken with Mr*** and agreed to re-imburse $to himThe only thing we did not re-imburse was his cost to have it repaired at an independent shopThis is a cost he would have had to pay regardless of what we did with his vehicleWe also apologized for any inconvenience and our lack of response to himWe hold our Managers more accountable than that and will continue to find ways to improve accountability in this areaMr*** is satisfied with our resolution of this matter

We agree with [redacted] that we did not do a very good job of taking care of her concerns. One of our Managers who was working on this simply dropped the ball on getting back to [redacted] and taking care of her complaint. The vehicle was serviced before we sold it to her and our technicians completed the...

work they felt was necessary at the time. We are uncertain why the coolant showed the protection is showed as this is something we make sure is OK. The transmission flush is recommended by Ford at the mileage level of the vehicle now. We have Jackie's vehicle scheduled for a transmission flush and we also have it scheduled at a local Ford dealer to have the remote start repaired soon. We have sent [redacted] a check to reimburse her for the coolant flush and the $25 she paid for her personalized plates. We believe [redacted] is satisfied with our course of action.

I am rejecting this response because: Yes my husband and I understand that it was purchased from the budget lot at the dealer ship but we were told that it would take $800 to fix the vehicle and it would be running good. At this point we have now put almost $10,000 into the vehicle. Yes we had a loaner vehicle when ours was being worked on but besides the first time it went to Puklich the loaner vehicle was covered by our service contract so Puklich still got paid for the use of their vehicle. I also still have the paperwork where they said it was 2 little things that needed to be fixed and that was it, and since the purchase we have put new spark plugs and wires, new a/c condenser in, new wheel bearings, a brand new motor, and new catalytic converters in and had the 4-wheel drive serviced. There was a lot more wrong with this vehicle and either Puklich didn't say anything because they wanted it off their lot or their service techs don't know what they are doing. I also understand that they made 1 months payment on the vehicle but I don't believe that even comes close to compensating for all the money that has been put into the vehicle.
