Re: Revdex.com ID # ***
Dear Mr***:
We received the complaint
that you submitted to the Revdex.com where you claim you were “presented with a Free
cruise where you just
had to pay taxes, fees and port charges”.
You claim you were offered an amount that was “almost the full cost of the cruise” then a rate “almost double what the website shows”. It is our understanding that you are not
asking for “anything more than the
certificate says or more than what the sales person told you.” You further request “a full refund of your purchase or ask that we live up to the promises
made in the sale pitch and on paper.”
Your membership profile
records indicate that you have seen significant membership savings thus farThrough

We look forward to serving

Regardless of your desire to utilize your benefits or not; they are available to you and you agreed to the financial obligation associated with your affiliationWe extend our offer to help you utilize your membership benefits by contacting Condominium Travel Club directly at ###-###-####. We look forward to servicing all of your travel needs! Sincerely, *** *** Customer Service Director

this is not true because we called back to request condos prior to 12/because they called us back on 12/after the Thanksgiving Holiday Break to let us know the details of our requests and on 12/is when we found out that we would not be getting what they promised and I spoke with my wife and we returned there call with a cancellation requestThis policy of cancellation within days is ridiculous if you don't return condo requests until after the days with the information that you now cannot get the product that you pitched at your presentationThis is advertising and therefor their contract should be void. Thank You, *** ***

Dear Mr. [redacted]:   We received the Revdex.com complaint submitted where you mentioned, “We were promised free training, tours and vacations as well as deep discounts on airfare and hotel stay not available to the public.”  Where in you claim to have …” found cheaper offers...

open to the public on regular internet site.”  You are requesting “remove the collection’s claim on my credit” as a desired settlement.  We appreciate the opportunity to respond accordingly to your complaint.   Our records indicate you became affiliated with Pulaski Tickets & Tours and Condominium Travel Club on 10/16/2009 and at that time you financed your affiliation purchase.  Per your contract, your membership benefits range from access to a fully staffed travel agency with training available on how to be an Independent Travel Agent in order to earn commission on travel booked for your clients.  You receive discounts on your personal travel through Pulaski Tickets & Tours on cruises and vacation packages and we promise to search for the lowest available price at the time of booking on air fare, car rentals and hotel accommodations.  You also have access to unlimited Hot Weeks through our condominium department which start as low as $99 for the week.  Along with your flat rate condominium weeks that start at $499 for the week, we offer live condominium booking engines displayed on our website that offer provided unlimited condominium week bookings at discounted rates.   Records further indicate you have not taken advantage of our fully staffed and trained Travel Agents or your membership benefits; with the exception of one [redacted] air fare quote in May of 2010.  At that time, due to the flight itinerary requested, our consolidators (that the public can not access) were not offering any discounted rates on that itinerary. We have no notes showing you were unsatisfied with the service we provided to you.    Due to lack of payment toward your financial obligation your account was assigned to [redacted] to attempt to collect the debt.  If you are interested in removing the collection claim on your credit report, you must work directly with [redacted].  Please feel free to contact [redacted] directly at ###-###-#### and you may reference your account # [redacted].  [redacted] is who you need to work with in order for the account to be reported as satisfied on your credit report when you pay and/or settle on the account.   Once your account has been satisfied please feel free to contact Condominium Travel Club directly at ###-###-#### and we will be happy to help you utilize and understand your many membership benefits.  We look forward to servicing all of your travel needs!   Sincerely, [redacted] Customer Service Director

Dear Ms. [redacted],  We will mail you a new contract in the name of [redacted] and give you credit for the payments you have made to date toward the balance. We ask that you fill out an ACH form for the remainder due so we can carry your balance in-house.  Please sign all documents and return them to us. Because of the misunderstanding, we will make your membership current. Your next annual fee will be due next July. If you have any questions or concerns please call us at 315 298 3355 ext [redacted] (Sue [redacted]). We look forward to servicing all your travel needs in the future.   Sincerely, Condominium Travel Club  Kyle [redacted]Vice President of Sales

Please see attached response to send to [redacted] regarding her complaint.  We are requesting that you NOT post her membership contract online. Please call me at ###-###-#### if there are any issues with that. Thank youRonda C[redacted]

If I understand you correctly you believe you should be current with your membership because you have been paying an extra 29.12 above your monthly payment  and you thought that covered the annual dues.  You also claim you have not received an annual dues statement.   You also state...

that you divorced your spouse since your purchase and would like him off the contract.  Firstly, thank you for your on time payments of your membership purchase through all the turmoil you have been through.  The extra payments you made were applied to your balance so you certainly received credit for your efforts.  We do not apply extra payments to your annual dues unless that arrangement is made at the time of your purchase and that is why your account went inactive. We billed you for your annual dues at the address and email given at the time of your purchase.  [redacted] and email [redacted]. Since you are divorced and moved that is probably why you did not see the annual dues statement. We cannot simply remove [redacted] from the contract without going through the steps we described but we certainly can draw up a new contract with you, give you credit for all the payments you made and make you current so we can start servicing you.  Please provide us with your current address and email so we can take care of this for you. We apologize for the inconvenience and will get it resolved as soon as we hear from you. Sincerely, Condominium Travel Club, Inc.  Kyle [redacted]  Vice President of Sales

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  I will close this case, if I can receive a new contract as stated and if possible get my information updated.  Can
a new contract as stated with full credit, to include the outstanding
balance that will be transferred over, please be emailed to me at:   [redacted] and the mailing address is:   [redacted]  My new legal name is:   [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Dear Mr. [redacted], If I understand you correctly you claim,  “I was offered a promotional cruise that I had 18 months to use. I agreed to put down a 100.00 deposit that would go towards the cruise. We were unable to find a date for the cruise according to the options they gave me so I asked for...

my deposit of 100.00 back that was on 5312017. Since then I have sent them numerous emails and called them. Each time I called all I got was a recording to leave a message and they will contact me within 24 hours. Neither my calls or emails have been answered and I am very frustrated. I have used another travel agency with no problems and they were very helpful. At this point all I am looking for is my 100.00 refund.” According to the Promotional Cruise Department, you wished to book a cruise on 9/11/2017 out of Port [redacted]. There were no cruises sailing out of Port [redacted] at that time. They asked you for an alternative date but you decided to ‘pass on our offer’. They did not take a deposit on the cruise you were requesting. In fact, they never take deposits on the Promotional cruises. Once they have confirmed the dates of a trip they ask the customer to pay for the taxes and fees in full to secure the cruise. The Promotional Cruise Department responds to all calls and have spoken to you about your claim on several occasions. If we can be of any further assistance please let us know. Sincerely, Condominium Travel Club, Inc. Kyle H. Vice President of Sales

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This letter sent by an employee at Condominium Travel verified that I only attempted to use their service one time and they failed to keep their bargain. Yet they still expect me to pay over five thousand dollars for a service ive never used. I did call and left a message to the number they provided. This number was to their finance department to complete my purchase, NOT to solve the issue regarding false sales promises.I do not want to buy this product! I want to report Pulaski for extortion! In the very least I should hear a response from the company I'm reporting. Or have I reported wrong and should be reporting both companies?
Regards,
[redacted]

If I understand you correctly you claim: “I received a certificate for a free cruise from Pulaski. The certificate states I will only have to pay taxes and fees. I attempted to make reservations. I looked on [redacted] cruise website. The taxes and fees totaled $101.12 per person. Pulaski is changing...

me $200.12 per person. I ask why. I was told that the extra fee is a non commission fee that [redacted] charges. I called [redacted]. [redacted] stated their company never changes a non commission fee.” The Cruise Certificate you received was for a promotional cruise to visit Condominium Travel Club’s sales center and listen to a preview/sales seminar about their services.  The Certificate is free but the promotional cruise is not.  As stated in the offer It is discounted to $155 to $231 per person depending on the itinerary you choose.  As described in the certificate the money covers government imposed taxes, port charges and non-commissionable fees.  The non-commissionable fees are part of what we pay to [redacted] for the cruise.   What you see on the [redacted] website only shows the taxes and port charges. As proof of that, we provided you a screenshot of what we see when we book the cruise for you. Before you visited the sales center, we provided you the written terms of the offer including the price and how we calculate it, which you agreed to and signed (see attached). You were offered a Promotional rate cruise with a Savings of approximately $600 which was substantially more than $350 savings we stated on the original offer. We apologize for any misunderstanding. Sincerely, Condominium Travel Club Kyle H. Vice President Sales.   Here is the contact history we have in our records along with the cruise offer and savings we presented to you: 6/5/17 – email pricing and info waiting to hear back. VS 6/8/17 – emailed updated pricing and info waiting to hear back. VS  6/28/17- Called and spoke with as he was very angry about why his taxes, fees and port expenses were so much more than [redacted]'s, I had explained to [redacted] that when booking with [redacted] directly the non-commissionable fees are included in their cruise fare, however when we quote it is a part of the fee's as per the terms and conditions on the back of his certificate. [redacted] stated that he was going to call [redacted] so he could prove that we were lying to get more out of him, I explained that he can call [redacted] if he wished and he hung up- CM  7/17/17- Emailed updated pricing- CM -          Also emailed him a screen shot of what we see on [redacted]’s website (this is attached) It explains in detail where the pricing is coming from.  7/18/17- Received email from [redacted] & responded- CM  [redacted] is only charging $85 per person in tax and fees.  Your fees are too much.   Response: Hello [redacted],     Unfortunately per the terms and conditions on the back of your certificate, Fort [redacted] is not one of the ports of departure included in the certificate therefore the pricing is at a preferred rate which is a significant savings off the public rate however it is no longer just the taxes, fee's and port expenses! I hope this email helps to clarify your concerns! Have a wonderful day! [redacted] Cruise offers:   [redacted]  Port of Departure: [redacted] Fl. Cruise date: 10/19/2017 Gross Public Price: $500.12 per person  Client Quote: $200.12 per person Savings: $600.00 for the cabin   [redacted]  Port of Departure: Fort [redacted] (not offered as option at Promotional Cruise Certificate, offered as courtesy to client) Cruise date: 9/14/2017 Gross Public Price: $438.25 per person Client Quote: $263.25 per person  Savings: $350.00 for the cabin

Mr. [redacted], We understand you have been in contact with our office multiple times since the enrollment of your membership.  We have reviewed your membership profile with us, and it is determined that you have not wanted to pursue the understanding of what your membership entails....

You enrolled with us on 11/13/2014, we called you on 11/14/2014 for our courtesy "welcome call" as we do to all members.  During that call, there was no discussion of cancelling your membership.  On 12/2/14, you then called to request condominiums, at that time you decided to cancel your membership. This cancellation request was out of the contracts RoR; therefore, we are unable to grant the request submitted.  We will be happy to help you get the most out of your membership at any time during our office hours! Please call any of our agents at 315-298-3355.  Thank you,   Kyle [redacted]  Vice President of Sales  Condominium Travel Club

Please also see attachments.Dear Ms. [redacted]:We received your Revdex.com complaint and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.  It is our understanding that you feel your promotional cruise should have been “free” and you are claiming we are “refusing to deliver” said...

cruise.  You also mention we are “shady company …no boss or ceo announced.”The Promotional rate cruise you were offered is an excellent value; however, we did not communicate to you in word or in writing that it was ‘Free’.  If you cruise within the parameters of the certificate (off peak sailings and inside cabins) you would only pay Port Charges and Taxes. You wanted peak sailings and other cabin offers which we are happy to accommodate but it increased your cost.  Below are the details of what transpired.   You were in touch with the Promotional Cruise Department more than 80 times. You did not book anything so there is no money to refund.  The CEO and President of the company is [redacted].  He has been in that position since 1988.Our records indicate that you attended our sales presentation in Tampa Fl on 3/26/14 and received a promotional cruise certificate for attending.  Per the enclosed copy the Details of Participation (Exhibit A) of which you received prior to attending the sales presentation and you signed acknowledging understanding; the promotional cruise is not free.  Terms and conditions reference, “Cruise requests must be made at leads 90 days before cruise departure.” As well as, “Travelers are responsible for all expense not included in the offer, such as but not limited to; government imposed taxes, port charges and fees ($145-$215, agency fees ($85-$250), transfers, fuel and cruse line imposed surcharges or any incidental expenses such as pone calls, gratuities, or entertainment  not included during the cruise.”  Terms and conditions further explain,  “You will receive preferred pricing with this certificate.  Promotional rates are available on select sailings only.  Certificate is valid for an entry level (1A) cabin in low season.  Destinations ports and itineraries are subject to changes and are based on cruise line availability. Off-peak sailing dates are used.  Peak sailings differ based on cruse line itineraries but typically include all major holidays plus March through August sailings.”Furthermore, our records show you signed the enclosed Welcome Survey (Exhibit B) while attending the sales presentation.  By signing this form you acknowledged that you understood “ vacation certificate as a promotional gift, all hotel, airport taxes, service charge, administrative fees, agency fees, cruise taxes, shipping and handling, any passenger fuel charges, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, and port charges are the responsibility of the vacation certificate user, unless specified otherwise.”The Promotional Cruise Department received your Cruise Reservation Form which indicated you registered your promotional cruise certificate on Sunday, 10/26/14.  Your CRF noted you were interested in sailing with Royal Caribbean in a 1 A cabin out of Miami for 5 days either December 21, 2014, January 1, 2014 or March 7, 2015.  You requested two holiday sailings within the 90 day requirement as well as a peak sailing date which is considered an upgrade and may limit availability.  Although your request did not meet the terms and conditions outlined, you received an immediate response that they had received your request and were working on it.  Promotional Cruise Requests and related correspondence is handled in the order that they are received. On 11/25/14 the Promotional Cruise Department emailed you quotes based on availability at that time.  It is our understanding we offered your Carnival Cruises lines instead of Royal Caribbean because their 1A cabins were sold out.  We offered you a promotional rate on the Carnival Victory sailing 12/13/14 for 5 nights at a taxes and port charges rate of $222.21 per person.  Even though this was not a date you requested, we wanted to offer it so you could see what your price would be if you decided not to upgrade and travel during a holiday time or peak season.  We did provide you pricing options for Carnival Ecstasy sailing 12/22/14 for 4 nights at $388.62 per person as well as Carnival Victory sailing 3/2/15 for 5 nights at $393.43 per person. On 12/9/14 after receiving a few short emails from you, the Promotional Cruise Department again emailed you quotes based on the availability at that time.  We offered you a promotional rate on the Carnival Ecstasy sailing 12/19/14 for 3 nights at $179.58 per person and the Carnival Sensation sailing 12/18/14 for 3 nights at $166.57 per person.  Again so you could see what your rate without the upgrade of traveling during holiday or peak sailings would be.  We also offered you Carnival Sensation sailing 12/21/14 for 5 nights at $266.52 per person and the Carnival Paradise sailing 12/22/14 for 5 nights for $342.92 per person. We have explained how the certificate works, and the fees associated with the promotion.  We have provided service to you as outlined in the Details of Participation of the Promotional Cruise offer.  To date a booking has not been made because you had altered the booking form document the Promotional Cruise Department sent to you.  And you failed to return a signed an unaltered booking form to our office.  In your Revdex.com response you noted a purchase price of $533.33 and a dispute amount of $250.00, however, since a booking has not been made there is no money owed to you.We have been in business for over 25 years and currently have an A+ Revdex.com rating.  We are transparent in the services we offer as a company and provide information of our department’s on our website [redacted].  Feel free to take a look.We are happy to continue serving your Promotional Cruise Certificate as outlined in the Details of Participation.  If you are interested in moving forward, please contact Ashley Rice via email at [redacted] or by phone at 1-877-453-8458 ext. 123.We look forward to servicing your travel needs! Sincerely,[redacted]Customer Service DirectorPulaski Tickets & Tours, Inc.Condominium Travel Club, Inc.
