Also she was advised to check the section we sent her as soon as she received it, and she did not till almost 8 months later. Hello, Per the receipt this item was purchased in 2009, over 7 years ago. As I stated before it is out of the warranty period. I have attempted to find a remote but as I stated we do not make the remote nor the item anymore. I have contacted our manufacturing facility and the remote is no longer available. I will search our facility to see if we can find a working remote but you would be required to purchase it as again it is out of warranty. Please advise.
