It is rare that we are able to reach her by phone or for her return our calls. Further,it would also be helpful if, when she calls for a specific individual, to stay on hold for the less than 2 minutes required for the individual to be found and be available to speak. Further, it would be really helpful if she (or anyone) were to be home to receive shipments when we have specific appointments for delivery. We've made multiple attempts to deliver with no one answering the door or cell phone. Unless these 3 issues are resolved, we cannot see how the BBB can be effective in resolving these delivery and complaint issues.
