I am rejecting this response because: This response is BSMy Mother received her refund as promised, and I was promised by *** to get mineI will continue my bashing of their thievery and crappy liesWe were NOT told there were NO REFUNDSPeriodWe were PROMISED refunds, my Mother recieved hers, I have not. They shouldn't rip people offWe got our work done elsewhere because they cancelled twice on us. I just want my refund of $I will continue to press forward, prepared to seek legal services

Good. They shouldn't be selling a [redacted] if it can't be redeemed . When I finally got my call returned I asked them why they are selling something they can't provide and th y need to shot selling them. They told me that [redacted] told them to keep selling it she never said anything about them telling her to wait until the first week of January. But as of this. Orninf they were still advertising on [redacted] and they only stopped after my complaint to you guys.

Dear Revdex.com,I would like to start with the action that Serenity has taken. First of all, a month ago my manicurist was in a accident.  She stated she would be back within 2 weeks well her health did not go well and she is still out.  In the meantime, we have also tried to hire someone else...

but have had no luck.  Prior to all this, I called [redacted] and let them know, my rep name is Mr. [redacted] at [redacted] he stated to me to wait due to, if I was to hire someone soon it would take awhile to put the ad back on but if no luck in hiring someone then to call them back first week of January and they would take down.This was asked of [redacted], couple of days ago, I have a email in fact, stating to them that I needed to take it down and that I have patient complaining and that we could not do this.  In the meantime though many patients actually that knew my employee and not, completely understood and I went ahead and traded their service for another service for them and actually thanked me.As far as [redacted] is concerned couple of things, I DO NOT receive any monies from patients until I redeem their voucher and I have not redeemed any voucher from mani pedi unless they traded a service first of all.  Our reputation is much more important and so is our patients.  So as far as taking money from people/patients we are not doing that at all.  So they have options, they may receive their money back from [redacted] and/or receive another service from us (WHICH WE ASKED FROM MRS. NICOLETTA [redacted]) and she refused and stated that she would wait.  (which that is her option) and then she called today, literally spoke very rude to my receptionist and hung up on her and stated that she was going to write bad reviews about how awful we are and was going to call a boycott on our business etc etc.Within minutes, she wrote a bad review on [redacted] and [redacted] stating that we are stealing etc etc.  My nurse practitioner called her to see if we can try to amend this situation in any way and she could not get any leaveway she starting yelling at her and telling her the same things.  She tried explaining to her again that she can get her money back from [redacted] and she just hung up on her!As of today, we do not have the Manicure nor Pedicure Ad on [redacted] any longer.  So as you can see we tried to amend this situation with Mrs. [redacted] but there is no way of getting through to her.  We are sorry for the inconvenience but it is out of our hands as far as the accident and also tried to work with her.  So as you can see we tried everything.If I can do anything else please let me know[redacted]Serenity MedSpa[redacted]

Good Afternoon!This complaint has gone to my spam so sorry for the late delay. So in regards to Mrs. [redacted], Our patient and her mother came in together requested for complete Assessments for both. Once my RN had completed medical paperwork she went ahead and completed full assessment on...

both.  They both wanted to purchased several Fillers and Botox.  They requested a package deal for both. we made them a great deal and they accepted we already had taken alot of time between assessing both patients and trying to do a deal for them that we would have to order Fillers for both but that same day we could do the Botox for them.  They both agreed.  Rescheduled for another day. Then when it came time to pay they did not have enough money their card was declined so [redacted] asked her mom if she can put it on her [redacted] Card, her mom said yes and the balance was paid with [redacted] credit cards for 2000.00. They both were injected with botox left happy and was coming back for the rest at their upcoming appointment.So we injected their Botox and rescheduled them for their Fillers.  This was during our Christimas rush.  Allergan our distributer was delayed with their deliveries due to snow.  I called them this was no one fault of anyone and it happen to everyone in town, no one got deliveries. Now once we received the Fillers which was a week later we called and left messages, finally they called back about 2 weeks later and stated they did not want their fillers and wanted their money back, stated they went somewhere else and purchased them.  At that time I told them personally I am [redacted] the owner and we do not give Refunds they signed the paperwork prior to purchase it is posted everywhere.  I explained to her that both herself and her mom were injected with Botox so they already had part of the purchase in them.  They hung up.  In a couple of weeks later I received from [redacted] and her Bank credit card company that the patients are stating that  they returned all products and that they never received anything and wanted their money back.After sending proof of purchase, I explained to the banks it was not product they can bring back or return. Botox was injected into both of their faces and also showing them our No Refunds policy and the rest of paperwork that was signed they agreed and did not return the credit card amount and that is when she was upset and called you.  We have made every attempt to give them their appointment to complete their Fillers.  Both parties are just upset because we proved to their credit card company that they can not have their refund.  They agreed fully and knew they could not have their money returned especially after having part of it injected already.  So now she is going on all my business social media and bashing us up and down, as individual and their friends also.  It is not fair.  They even lied to their credit card company by saying they returned the Botox.  You can not return Botox.  Basically they tried every avenue to have their money returned and now that both of their credit companies denied them after seeing all proof they called us and stated they were going to ruin us by bashing us on social media.If you have any other questions and/or concerns or would also like to see the paperwork their credit card company received let me know.  Thank you [redacted], Owner of Serenity MedSpa & Chiropractic

At the time I was seen by Pulmonary Assoc. account # [redacted] I was insured with my primary HAP- HMO and secondary PPO-Blue Cross/Blue Shield. After a few months had past I received a bill for the service. I contacted [redacted] on 2/11/2013 to ask why I had got a bill when insurance should have covered this procedure. She assured me she would take care of it. In March I received a debt collector notice. I contacted [redacted] again on 3/12/13 and was told she is handling it. I have now been contacted 5/16/13 by collections and told it will be put on my credit report.
