I ordered $252.00 in albums that I have never received from October 2014. It is order #[redacted]. I have called- no one answers, I have emailed many times, faxed, and sent certified letters. No response.

Review: I wanted to order a photo album for my wife's Christmas present. I placed an order on PulpProducts.com website using my debit card. After putting in the required order information, I pressed the "submit order" button and received an error message stating that a duplicate order had been previously placed. I did not receive an email confirming the order had been processed, so I thought my attempt had failed. Therefore, I attempted to reorder the photo album. This time, I set a Pulp Products user account in hopes that the order would be processed. After filling in the required order information again, I pressed the "submit order" button and received the same error message. Next, I checked my user account status on the Pulp Products website, and saw that my account history showed two orders had been processed. Reference order numbers [redacted] My bank account was deducted $50.95 for order [redacted] and $50.95 for order [redacted] immediately after I had placed the orders.Since I only wanted one photo album, I tried calling Pulp Products to cancel one of my orders. Nobody answered the phone, and a voicemail could not be placed because the mailbox was full. I tried calling multiple times over the next few days, but had the same results. After some time, I convinced myself that I would accept the second photo album because my wife would eventually use it.I received order [redacted] but the page colors were not what I ordered. I ordered black pages, and white pages were provided. I have not received order [redacted] to date, and it has been about 2 months since I placed the order and since the $50.95 was deducted from my bank account. Both my wife and I have tried calling multiple times to a) get the correct color pages, and b) get a refund for the album that has not been delivered. However, nobody answers the phone and a voicemail cannot be placed. My wife has also emailed Pulp Products, but no one has ever responded to her. We are extremely frustrated by the entire situation.Desired Settlement: Pulp Products should provide the correct black pages for the photo album that was delivered for order #[redacted]. If black pages cannot be provided, then a refund of $50.95 should be issued.Pulp Products should provide a refund of $50.95 for order [redacted] because they did not provide the photo album.

Review: I ordered post bound scrapbooks and refill pages. The refill pages are supposed to come with small metal posts so that the refill can be used with the scrapbooks. All the refills are missing the posts, so I cannot use the refill pages and I cannot use the scrapbooks as intended. The purchase was made in August 2014, and I realized the missing parts in December when I was assembling the scrapbooks. I emailed the company on 12/12/14, and received no response, I followed up again on 1/12/15 and also received no response. I have tried repeatedly to contact the company by phone, but their listed number of [redacted] goes to voicemail, which is full.Desired Settlement: Send me 9 sets of metal posts that were missing. I love these products, I just want to be able to use them!

Review: On March 14th I placed an online order with Pulp, maker of scrapbooks, for approx. $164. After unsuccesfully emailing and calling the number provided online, I was advised by a local scrapbook store here in [redacted] to contact you as it appears a web site in live but the business is unable to deliver products or answer questions about them. 3 emails have gone unanswered and their phone number: [redacted] (listed online) has a mailbox that is full and you are unable to leave a message. I also noticed another phone number for this business listed here: [redacted] that is someone's personal number. As of today, April 2nd., I have not received my items nor has pulp responded to my inquiries....yet their web site is still live.Desired Settlement: I would like my order shipped unless they are unable to do so at this time and I would like them to take down their web site if they are unable to service the products they are advertising. Unacceptable customer service but also...if they are no longer in business, they must take down their site. This has been 3 weeks of frustration for me.

Review: I ordered a memo board online on July 23, 2014. My credit card was charged for the product plus shipping. I have not received it. I have called several times, but it transfers to voicemail at all times of day. The voicemail box is full, so it is not possible to leave a message. I have emailed several times asking for an ETA. I have received no reply.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund.

Review: Items were ordered January 23, 2015. Confirmation of order received by email, but no mention of delivery date. Efforts to contact by phone and email unsuccessful.

Still do not know when and if we will get products ordered.

Review: I placed an online order with Pulp Paper Products on Sept. 14, 2014. I ordered two scrapbooks and two refill pages. I still have not received my order even though the website states it takes 5 - 8 business days to process the order and 5 days to [redacted] ship the order. I still have not received my order and my payment of $104.95 to this company cleared my bank on Sept. 16, 2015.

I have called them numerous times during the day, but the message always says their mailbox is full. I have emailed them twice, but have gotten no response.

I am very frustrated with this. Thank you for your help.

Review: I have ordered from Pulp Paper Products for over ten years and have been completely satisfied with their products and their service. This past August, I placed an order with them, which I have not received, and my credit card was billed. Their website lists my order as processed. I have sent seven emails which have not been answered. Calls to their phone number go to an answering machine, but I cannot leave a message as their machine is full.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order. If it cannot be fulfilled, I would like a full refund.

Review: On March 10 I placed an order on Pulp Paper Products Website. I have purchased their products both from other vendors and from their website in the past so I expected no problems. As of today March 31, I have not received the products. More to the point, I have attempted to make multiple calls to the organization but their phone message keeps stating that they are on the phone with other customers and to leave a message - but the voicemail is full and has been for over a week. I have also sent two e-mails regarding this matter to their e-mail address i[redacted] neither e-mail has been responded to. Thank you.Desired Settlement: The items I ordered are needed for a portfolio project that has already been started. At this time I'd like my order overnighted with my shipping costs refunded or an additional discount in a show of good faith. At the very least I would like my whole order refunded shipping included.

Review: I placed an order for a cork board on their website on June 6th. I received an email confirmation, with a confirmation number. They stated 5-10 days for processing, plus 5 for delivery.

It's now June 25th - I've emailed customer service multiple times, and received no response. I've called the number here, as well as on the website - both mailboxes are full, and no one answers.

I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company, next.Desired Settlement: I'd either like immediate shipment, or a full-refund.

Review: I placed an on-line order with this company on June 9, 2014 for photo album replacement pages, item #RH14 Refill. The order number is [redacted]. I still have not received the delivery. I've called and emailed them several times but no one from the company has responded.Desired Settlement: They can either send the product, but no later than August 14. If not, I'd like my money refunded - $22.45.Thank you.

Review: On March 8, 2014, we placed an order for three different size cork boards. Our Corporate [redacted] was charged $409.00 on March 10, 2014. Pulp Products stated the cork boards would be shipped in 5-10 business days. We have attempted to contact Pulp Products for three weeks. No one answers their phone and we are unable to leave a message because their voice mailbox is full.Desired Settlement: If Pulp Products is unable to deliver the exact sizes and styles ordered within the next 5 business days, we expect an immediate and total refund.
