In response: I received a call from a women in reference to the snow blower, and the call was very productive until The women got aggressiveThe woman who would not give me her name kept asking me and advising me The location of the serial number which was on a barcodeI advised The woman where The barcode was located and the numbers on the barcodeThe woman got impatience with me and I got inpatient with herI advised the woman that I would like to speak to a supervisor which she said she was a supervisor so I asked to speak to someone else and I asked if she wanted me to take a freaking picture of itThe woman then hung up and I called Stoneberry (so I didn't callback several times because I was on the phone with stoneberry and my cell phone records will show this)After I got off the phone with stoneberry I called The company in which I was transferred to a man who said I needed to not call anymore or he was going to press charges against me for harassmentSo I called stoneberry and advised them of The situation and now we're hereSo at The end of the day The company did not address the issue and the issue is that I bought a product that I've had for months which I only used once that is defective and is still under warrantyI would like for the company to honour their warranty and replace my snow blower with a new one

Response to Complaint ID#[redacted] We have contacted Mr. [redacted] and confirmed to offer him refund on Nov 29th, 2016. His returned Unit was recieved Dec 08th, 2016. We are now processing his refund and will mail out the check in 7-10 business days. Sincerely,  [redacted]Pulsar...
