Review: On June *, 2015 I purchased a Wine Class Voucher via PULSD. PULSD does not advertise what dates the voucher is good for prior to purchasing. Afterward, I choose the class I wanted but realized my voucher was not good for that particular date. I tried to cancel my order but in order for you to do so you must email PULSD. I emailed them three times (once on June * and twice on June *, 2015) and no employee has returned my email or call me. I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted at the lack of customer service especially since [redacted] alumni created the company.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. However, I was disappointed that I had to email New York Magazine in order to receive a response from Pulsd. Also, as of the first week of June, there was no Refund Policy on Pulsd's website.
