[redacted]I am rejecting this response because:In order of the business's response:We have been contracted with the City of East Orange to handle 911 calls since October of 2014. The two EMTs have worked in this city for the 2 previous companies as well.    This is irrelevant, the duration of your poor service is not an excuse for poor service.  East Orange and Pulse Medical Transport should be ashamed.Under NJ State protocols this transport did not warrant a lights and sirens trip to the hospital. Also ambulances are not permitted to exceed the speed limit. Even though it would have been a quicker and safer ride to [redacted] the patient chose to go to [redacted] Hospital.    2.4 Miles from this address to [redacted], and 2.3 miles to [redacted]l.  But you know this right?All his vitals were normal including respirations.    EMTs did not take my vitals and therefore could not know this!He complained of abdominal pain(only) but this had been going on for several days and he states he has a history of pain.    I begged for air and complained of being unable to breath (also). How dare you say otherwise?He complaint about the EMT at 12 o'clock at night picked the wrong name off of his insurance card is absurd.    Your failure to investigate is absurd.  Your disregard of a customer report is absurd.  The fact that people rely on a man who can't read a simple insurance card for their lives is absurd.If he needed to know who transported him he could have easily called the police department.    I did not need to know.  I just wanted to.We have been through this before. As soon as they get the bill they think if they complain they will not have to pay the bill.    Really?   I owe $16.50, the rest of the bill is already paid.  I am complaining for the sake of LIVES!  If it would get your company to stop doing business in my town, I would pay my bill 100 more times right now.  Do we have a deal?If you care to discuss this in more detail please call me at anytime.    Please send your phone number, name and business hours.- [redacted]
