I have been one of the longest joined members at Pulse in Hot Springs When I joined years ago there were only a handful of members at their old location on Central Avenue There are probably only two or three members, if that, who were there when I joined I have seen managers, members, and employees come and go Having been there so long, I have dealt with a couple issues over the many years that I have been there Just the same as when I was on Active Duty as a LtColonel, there were problems every now and then The Pulse in Hot Springs grew because of the low membership price So, they have recently moved to a Different location in Hot Springs There was a group of Racist guys that formed a click/group who joined at the prior location and moved over to the new location as members More unfortunately, they have the ear of the manager The manager, who is likely Racist also, tries to disguise it at work But, he doesn't do a good job at it Over all the years that I have been a member who has gone several times a week for years dealt with my first issue about six months ago with another member When management called security, the other member started to go off on, make fun of, and ridicule the security person The second time I had an issue with a group of Racist guys I work out alone so I guys the Racists guys felt they would intimidate me I told that group of Racist Pulse members that if they wanted me, I would take them all on one at a time So, one of the Racist Pulse members said that I was messing with the wrong group of guys!!! Months later, I worked out all last week and the weeks prior with no issues at the new location I worked out this past Monday and Thursday I saw the Pulse manager on Thursday and I waved at him as I worked out as I always do When I made it home the next day on Friday from studying on another Master's degree, the manager had called my cell phone and left a strange message that "That" was my third time and my membership would be cancelled I was and still totally shocked about what had happened I saw one of his Racist member friends the day before, but I always just look and keep on working out when I see them I drove by the next day to talk to the manager face to face about what is he talking about when leaving a message that, "That" was the third time Was it that one of his likely KKK members was staring me down the day before at the gym and just looked at him like he was useless? After my second time driving by there the next day and he wasn't there, I asked one of his employees to call his cell phone She called him, he answered, but would not talk to me because he knows his Racist self and his Racist friends are full of it The Pulse in Hot Springs has many Racist members and the manager is likely the most Racist of them all There membership price is low, but their character is even lower

I have tried to cancel my membership with this gym numerous times. I am always given the run around. I was told when my contract was up that I could cancel. So I called them and requested for my membership to be cancelled. The next month my account was charged double the normal membership fee. I called and asked for a refund and again requested for my membership to be cancelled. I never received my refund and the next month they double charged me again. So I called again and went through the same process. I was promised a refund which I never received. I thought my issue had been resolved however because the very next month they did not draft my account.
The drafts have since started up again and the gym refuses to stop taking my money.
