Unauthorize Utilities and Sprinkler Malfunction
I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the services I received from Pulte home group since purchasing my new home at Hartford terrace in Davenport FL in December of 2024. First, I had an issue with meter of the sprinkler system. The timer was set and was check by constructor management Gustavo. The sprinkler system was defective turning on and off at irregular times not according to the programmed schedule which cost me 1,445 dollars. I called the warranty, and they refused to even inspect it stating that was not covered under the warranty. Second, I monitor my house water usage through the eye on water app provided by Haines city utilities, and I discovered that my water and electricity were being used with my authorization from January to March 2025 for a new construction next to my house while the house was unoccupied. this is completely unacceptable and resulted in unnecessarily charge for me that Pulte home refused to take responsibility. despite my attempts to resolve this issue sending emails to the supervisor carols Sanchez with photos showing the cables connected to my electrical outlet and water consumption dates I have not received a response. The unauthorize water consumption persisted after my initial contact. I urged anyone considering purchasing a home from Pulte home in Hartford terrace to be aware of my experience and the lack of attention and response to my emails and in person visit.

Irrigation system malfunction

Pulte home refused to take responsibility despite my attempts to resolve this issue sending emails to the supervisor Carlos Sanchez with pictures connecting cables to my electricity which never answered. the water consumption persisted even after my initial contact. I urge anyone considering purchasing a home from Pulte home group to be aware of my experience and lack of attention and response to my emails and in person visit.
