I hired Puma Van Lines after reading a few reviews and getting a very reasonable quote for my move from Dallas, TX to Long Beach, CAThey were as close to perfect as you can get from an interstate moverI got a visit as requested for a move estimateMy items were picked up on time and the movers were very professionalMoving specifics were explained to me and I was told how to find out an estimated delivery time based on my delivery request dateThey also explained how the items were to be packedAll my furniture was wrapped wellI did the packing myself I was pleasantly surprised to get my items delivered on the first day I requestedThe delivery driver was great to work with and my items were unloaded within a few hoursAll of my items were handled well and nothing was brokenI even had indoor stairs in Dallas and elevators in Long BeachEvery employee I came in contact with was very professional and I appreciate how all of my items were handled

I used Puma Van Lines to move me and my family from Denton, Texas to Miami, Florida in December of We had a very large home to move needless to say with little ones I had spoken with Donna who was very professional from the very beginning She set up an appointment with Eric to come out to review my home and gave me a very competitive cost to move us The packers came out and Cesar and his moving team came and packed everything They were very care to make sure everything was packed correctlyI was simply amazed in their detailed and professionalism The following day the moving team came which Cesar and his moving crew came back and loaded all of my furniture to the truckAnd my things were off to Florida The delivery driver Darrel kept in contact with us to get out things delivered The delivery moving team was very detailed and made me a part of every step they took I would refer Puma Van Lines to all of my friends and anyone that is planning to move

Man, these guys did such a great job. I have to admit, with the holidays just around the corner, moving to a new state for a new job, and getting ready to have my first baby, I was completely over my head. I left arranging for a moving company the last on my to do list, and I was scrambling to get it done. From the moment I called, I knew they were different. They took the time to explain the whole process to me. From the packing, the disassembling, specialty items, stairs, elevators, shuttles, cubic feet vs. pounds, you name it. I really appreciate that they were not trying to hide anything and were upfront about it. I ended up taking the consolidated move route, which is the cheapest. I had to wait about a week and a half before I received my stuff, but I just stayed at my Father in law's house until the items arrived. I have to say, if I ever have to move again (Let's hope not) I will be calling Puma van lines again.

Disorgorganized. Dishonest. Inaccurate. Untruthful. I understand through this experience that small moving companies are not known for their honesty, but I tried to find a reputable one. I failed. I was told my items were to be packed one day, put onto the moving truck the second day, and then head to my destination by the end of that day. That is not what occurred. By the end of the first day, half my items were packed and put on small trucks (that I later found out were taken to a warehouse). Two more trucks and a separate team of packers came the second day half way through the day after I called asking where they were. The day my items were supposed to arrive several states away for across the country move, I contacted Puma for an update. After a lot of evasion, I found out that all my stuff was still in a warehouse in Dallas. I had to stay in a hotel at my expense awaiting my belongings. They "lost" many of my husband's tool, an 8ft ladder, and a 6ft folded table. Please do not use this moving company.
