7 business days from today 5/29/2*15. Addressing the issues she had with her party, first the party package our advertised special of $199 dollars only includes 2 slices of pizza and a beverage for 1* children, which is currently still being advertised on our website that way, and unfortunately doesn't include ice cream cups. The $15 refund would cover more than the price we charge for the beverages. Second as far as the utensils were concerned  we attempted to resolve the issue by even offering to have a staff member drop them off, but the host was not cooperating. Third, we have metal push carts that we place just outside the exit of the party room to distribute gift bags. We do this to ensure that there is plenty of table space in the eating room for cake,beverages,snacks, and pizzas to be served efficiently. Finally addressing the 15% gratuity, yes we do put a suggested gratuity set at 15% near the bottom of the bill. This is clearly marked as gratuity and says in bold 15% SUGGESTED, but we always let the hosts know they may leave any amount they wish even $*. Unfortunately instead of communicating with the shift supervisor who handles the final bill the host decided to ask friends, and the supervisor would have been able to go over and resolve any concerns right on the spot. So recapping, we have contacted the host and refunded the amount of $15.**, which by the way resulted in her threatening to sue our employee and asking her personal details, because she was afraid we would misuse her information. Review: I had a birthday party on 4/3*/2*15 from 4p.m. to 6p.m.. on my boy's birthday. I have some issues with this business:

First, they did not provide the drinks and ice creams as the package we purchased.

Secondly, they are responsible for cleaning up my stuff but they lost my serving knife and lighter. I called them right after the party,but they did not response at all. I called them back for several times, they said there is nothing they can do for the lighter and the attitude was not friendly at all.

Thirdly,I told them to hand out the goodies in front of the party room to make sure that each one got one but they did not , and it turned out that four of them did not get the goodies and I brought over 2* but there are 19 kids only.

Fifthly, they gave us the bill with 15% tip and did not explain that we did not have to pay as the suggested so we thought that the tip was required so we paid as the suggested amount and our friends told us that we did not have to pay that amount.

Finally,I talked with them and they gave me two tickets worth $18 and I was told that I earned $3 extra since the drinks and the ice cream only worth $15, which was a total insult for me.Desired Settlement: Return us the $15 and a sincere apology.
