Hello, this customer has reached out to us and we have also reached out to her as wellIt was an honest mistake on sending her only ankle cuff and instead of twoSo, we told her we will send her a refund for the missing ankle cuff because we are sold out at the momentWe have 100's of emails
daily, so when weren't able to get back to her in a timely matter, she felt that we were ignoring herWe weren't ignoring, we just didn't get to her email yet

I had already sent the customer an email stating that their second pair of lifting straps were sent out and there was an email with the new tracking confirmation for the missing straps. Also, the new tracking shows it was delivered on the 3rd of August.
