I also was confused when I completed the Purchase Price and Disputed Amount Field. I did not use exact amounts. The original purchase was exactly $424.34, they illegally withdrew exactly $668.86 out of my account to repair their machine; I also wanted to be reimbursed half of the original purchase...
price, $212.16 as I paid for two days but since the machine broke under typical circumstances/use and could only use it one day. Sorry if their was any confusion.
