As per our telephone conversation about [redacted] and the work done on his auto.
The following invoices are in closed.
l. invoice...
[redacted], timing belt cost appx $1016.42. then we checked his a/c found
that the evaporator had a leak. I think he knew he had that problem no other leak
was found at that time he gave the ok to fit evaporator cost appx $895.00.
2. invoice [redacted] rechecked car a/c not cold found one a/c hose had pin hole in
alum upper parts of pipe causing Freon to leak out of pipe showed cust replaced
hose problem not due other work done other than now the syst had pressure and any
other weak spots many leak. Normally labor would be $80.00 plusserviceing and
Freon .since we just worke on carand understood that customer was tight on
money I charges $35.00 labor N/c for complete service and n/c for Freon,parts was l43.85
3. invoice [redacted] cam back again same problem not cold recheck car found low
side press hose leaking now knowing is is short on money charged him $80.00
labor n/c for servicing n/c for Freon told him he could pay me at the end of month
called him to remind him about payment got no response called twice finally left
message that there would be no warranty if not paid by the 16 of June and would
be sent to collector he paid june 6 2014 if at that time he had a problem he should
have let me know so we could find out what went wrong. I always try to take care
of the problem if we are at fault.
4. Since he is not returning my calls he can 1.bring car back to me to find out what
is wrong and if it is our fault we can fix it at no charge. 2. or he can take it to
[redacted] and alignment,[redacted] Ph. [redacted] to have him
check it out and if [redacted] finds that it is something we did we will fix it I will pay
[redacted] to check it.I think this is air but if I am not at fault then it is over I think I
have been honest with him and told him that we would recheck the car, we cannot
be at fault when other parts in the syst goes bad.

I really dont agree with most of it.
But to put and end to this I
will agree to send you a ck for
$1252.10, it is 50% of 3 invoices
#[redacted] $310.81, [redacted] $2006.93
and [redacted] $182.28.
If he agrees I will mail
ck to you and you can mail
it too him, and it will end this.
If he does not agree to this
we can have the Auto complaint
people take it over
I hope his dentist dont yank
out all his teeth for
1 bad tooth.
