Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I absolutely deny hanging up on anyone from Shockey tours when talking to them about this issueI was not happy with the service from the bus line and am sure I was not very friendly with my complaint but at no time did I hang up on anyoneI never once said I was on the bus, I told everyone I spoke with that I had purchased the ride for my husband and was very clear with that fact from the beginningAs far as the air conditioner goes, it was never fixedThe temp was uncomfortable] on the ride home as wellThe driver was heard telling two young guys in front seats that he had it set wrong but could never get the tempto come back downThere is obviously some non truths being told in this situation by either the driver or the company covering for themThis is very poor customer service and not much of a surprise when addressing a complaint against themI most certainly did tell people at Shockey tours that my next step was to complain to Revdex.com if I got no satisfaction from them with this matterEach time I spoke with Shockey tours they tried to spin excuses for each thing I was complaining aboutNon of which applied to my complaintsBelieve me we are not the only people unhappy with this bus line and I am sure you will hear from some of them in the futureI am very disappointed in the Shockey tour bus response to a very honest complaint that they know is in fact a true and fair assessment of the situation.No you cannot please everyone but it is funny that a trip on [redacted] bus lines out of Roanoke Vawith the same Rally bus company was a totally great experience that my brother purchased to the same gameNot at all happy with Shockey tour bus in addressing this matterI guess everyone can't have good customer service Regards, [redacted]

Response: I spoke with Mrs*in response to her complaint and found out that she wasn't on the busShe had purchased a ticket for her husband through a broker that hired our companyThe broker provided us with scanners that didn't function properly causing a delay in the buses leaving on time The buses A/C were functioning properly but had one driver that had the control set wrong and when corrected did work fineMrs*claimed that she had spoken with a couple of our staff prior to receiving my call and decided to file this complaintI spoke with my staff that spoke with her and both said that she was very rude and demanding and hung up on one of them after making threat to make this claimWe at Shockey apologize this trip that she wasn't even on didn't please her but after getting all of the facts and a letter of appreciation for a job well done from this particular vendor it is obvious that you can't please everybody
