You are making me pay for a service that I no longer want or need and have canceled and will never useFor a company that relies heavily on word-of-mouth advertising, you certainly are shooting yourselves in the foot for just $You are not engaging in fair and positive business practicesI am in the event planning industry, and my 150+ clients spanning twelve U.Sstates and six countries, and my social media networks, now know to never utilize your unconscionable service and will be avoiding you like the plague and telling their friends and colleagues to do the sameHope it's worth it

We are very sorry you feel this way about our subscription model. We've done a review of best practices for other digital subscription programs like [redacted] and [redacted] and they follow the same practices of not offering pro-rated refunds for annual memberships. This is especially true for us because we do offer monthly memberships. Our annual membership is offered at a significant discount. Offering pro-rated refunds for our discounted annual membership would invalidate our monthly offering.While we very clearly stated our terms during the membership process, I understand that there can be confusion around what you're signing up for. Given this, we can offer a partial refund in this case, although it is against our stated practices.
