Good MorningI have received your complaint and I am sorry that you item was not working properly. We have sold over 1 million of these pieces and have never had this complaint. We are the importer so the merchandise goes directly to the buyer we do not carry the merchandise...

. This item needs to be returned to whom you purchased it from to receive proper credit. As in any retailer we negotiate our pricing so that they can accept returns and exchanges.Please take the item with your receipt back to the store that your purchased it from and they will gladly take care of you. Depending on the individual retailers return policy they will either exchange or refund your money.Again I am sorry we can not help you any further but we are the importer and have had 0 complaints on this item.I will also be sending a copy of this to the Revdex.com, so that they know how that this can be resolved. This item hasbeen distributed across the United States without any complaints on its manufacturing. They will see that therehas never been a issue. They are tested before coming to the states and sold to many different retailers without any issues.ResolutionTake item back to retailer that you purchased from with receipt and they will either issue you a credit and or product exchange depending on the retailers return policy.Thank you so much and I have CC"d the Revdex.com in this so that they understand there has been no prior complaints on our cell phone accessories and they are thoroughly inspected and tested before entering the US but most importantly that we are the importer ant the returns must go through whom you purchased the product.I hope this answered any questions you may have and please let me know if the retail store that you purchased it from resolves your issue.
