HAPPENED, I WAS OUT OF COUNTRY AND IT CAME TO MY KNOWLEDGE AS I CAME BACK. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED [redacted] AND APPOLOGIZE TO HIM FOR THE INCONVINIENCE, PERSONALLY MET WITH HIM AND REFUNDED HIS AMOUNT.
THIS IS THE FIRST TIME EVER THAT SUCH INCIDENT HAS OCCURED AT OUR ESTABLISHMENT. I HAVE BEEN IN THIS FOOD BUSINESS FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND THIS IS THE FIRST INCIDENT OF ITD KIND.
I HAVE ALSO INSTRUCTED ALL MY EMPLOYEES AND HAVE MEETING WITH THEM TO ENSURE THAT NO CUSTOMER WOULD EVER GET COMPLAINT FROM OUR ESTABLISHMENT AND WE KEEP THE STATNDERD UP YO ITS MARK AS WE HAVE FOR SO MANY YEARS.

Review: I bought food at Punjabi Dhaba Catering on the night of May **,2014 for my family. I placed an order of two platters mixed vegetables,twenty peices of pita bread, four platters of mixed vegetable with gravy bowls. I paid $66.00 for my order and the food was no good. It was not fresh at all. The pita bread was brunt. My family and I didnt eat the food. I went the next morning due to the fact they were closed by the time I realized the food was not good. I went to speak to the hostess at the restaurant and express and showed to her the vegetable gravy bowl. I told her that the gravy was stale and my family couldnt eat it. She said that nothing was wrong with the food. I didnt want the money back but I just wanted to show her that I paid $66.00 for my dinner and the food was not good. She said she couldnt do nothing. She started to tell me to get out and she dont know what I am talking about. I am very upset and embarasssed of the costumer service that I recieved from this reataurant. I am pretty sure I am not the first person to recieve stale food from this restaurant. Now due to their or customer service I want a full refund back and also an apology from the hostess. I will never go back to this restaurant and I will tell my family and friends about thier horriable food and customer service experice that I have been through. This restaurant was closed down two years ago for rodents and insects nside their establishment.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund back and also the department of health to look into this.
