Review: Purchased and paid full balance in cash on 03/**/14 for sofa. They said it would take 7-10 business days to deliver sofa to my address. After 10 business days I have yet to receive my sofa. I have been calling them non stop, every day since the expected last day of delivery (03/**/14) to get an explanation of why my product have not arrived. They have ignored my calls, never returned my calls, and when I do get a hold of them they promise to have the delivery guys drop sofa after a certain time but they never show up or call to let me know if they are on their way or if they are not going to make it. This business has a total disregard for their customer's time and doesn't want to fulfill it's obligation of delivering what I already paid for. For the past 3 days I have waited at home for the delivery guys who never show up. I have taken time from work to deal with this. It is the same run around every time I call.Desired Settlement: I would like my sofa delivered ASAP.

Review: The salesman told me I could pick mattress boxspring and frame for my little girl on monday. Monday only the mattress was there telling me the rest of the order will be at store latter, it was not. After many phone calls on tuesday only the boxspring was there again telling me the bedframe would arrive latter which was not. I was promised it would arrive latter and again it wasnt and was told it would be in wednesday. After many calls they still can not tell me when Iit will arrive todayDesired Settlement: This company needs to provide bed frame that I paid for and stop with excuses for not having it ready for pick as promised

Review: I purchased a dining table from Punta Cana Furniture on 7/**/2013. When the table was delivered on 7/** I noticed that one corner of the table was damaged. I pointed this out to the guy who delivered the table. He said to indicate that the table top was damaged on his paper work. He told me that a new one would be delivered in the next two days. I also noticed after the delivery guy left that there was a large bump in the middle of one side of the table.. A new delivery was never scheduled. I called to complain and they sent a guy over to look at the the damage. Before he came to access the damage I did try to improve the damaged corner myself but the damage was too great to conceal. I started thinking that I shouldn't have to have tried on my own to fix this. The guy came and according to my wife (I was at work at the time) said he will just report back to the manager ([redacted]) about the damage. Well, no phone calls from [redacted]. I called him three times to ask him when he will replace the damaged table top. He always said I need to see the report before I can decide if you will get a new table top but always said he will work with me to get me a new table top. Well, I paid 550.00 for a damaged table. He never called me back to tell me if he will replace the table top.Desired Settlement: A new table top.
