placed order on 12/3/13 yet no order was fulfilled and money was not refunded after several attempts to reach someone received no resolution.12/2/13 placed order online for 3 posters and frames totaling 302.35; attempted several times through phone, email, Facebook to get status on order, was told 12/23/13 there was an issue with the framers; on 1/9/14 I contacted again because order status had changed to cancelled, yet my credit card had not been credited; I received no response until 4/14/14 saying I had filed a credit charge back - which was not true, as my bank nor I have any record of that. I have asked several times for information on the alleged charge back - when it was filed - but no correspondence. Desired SettlementI would like a full refund of my 302.45 for the unfilled order that was never processed

I have an authorization to return a poster, I returned the poster, [redacted] receipt shows they received poster and they have not issued a credit.I placed order for a poster on 3/31/13 for[redacted] Poster. $159.98. Received poster and was not satisfied. Corresponded by email with [redacted] (after SEVERAL attempts to have someone get back to me). She assured me I could send back the poster for a refund, even though it was past the 30 days. I sent the poster back by [redacted] and have a receipt showing they received the poster on 5/23/14.To date, I do not see a credit for the cost of the poster. I have called and emailed them several times to make sure this was just not an over-site or I had somehow missed seeing the credit. I have not received a response.Desired SettlementI would just like the cost of the poster refunded.

Order still hasn't come after three weeks, and now the website is magically gone?On May 21 I ordered a poster from Moviegoods.com after a week I emailed the company because my order was still being processed and they emailed back stating that it wouldn't be til June 11 til it would be fully processed. So on June 11 I went to check my order and for some reason it wouldn't connect to the website. I tried again on June 13 and the website no longer is there. It is just a website of ads. The order number is [redacted] amount $29.87, date May 21. Paid with a visa.Desired SettlementI would just like my money back at this point.
