2 ADDITIONAL charges have now been made by company. When contacted, I was informed charges would be dropped and no further charges made. I am now looking at the 2nd unauthorized charge made! Putting in dispute with CC company - product not received and no shipping I

Ordered Oct. 18, 2022 at 09:04PM. Got a thank you for placing order, the order number F23FD987EF...I don't even have to GUESS WHAT? the F's stand for in the number. All scammers will get it in the end! I will applaud when it happens!

Ordered Cat Treadmil, not received, got on their website enquired, no recorded, membership - no recorded, requested several times of cancellation, no response received, meanwhile membership charged my account, reported same to card services. No response from pupnpaws. scammed...

Ordered a self cleaning litter box at end of sept early October and still have not recieved anything only had a message order confirmed so I thought great will get it soon It is now December and still have not heard anything Very angry think they need to be reported to Better Business Bureau

I purchased an automatic cat litter box on October 15, 2022 and never received product have emailed company several times and have gotten a response from Anthony Lowe stating shipment was coming from China a may take 30 days it’s past the 30 days still have not received the product. I was given an order number at time if purchasing the automatic cat litter box but when I checked on there website it tells me no order found. Then I get an email today stating they are canceling my vip subscription which came free with the purchase of the automatic cat litter box what is up with this company when customer are ordering from your company in good faith and your stealing their money

PupnPaws have taken my money and and I have received none of the two orders, I have sent several emails to the support team, messaged them on fb and still nothing. This is fraud. I am not the only person that has not received or heard from RACHEL at PUPNPAWS, thanks to them they have disappointed my daughter and left me out of pocket. How can this so company continue to trade?

I still don't have all the items I paid for in January - even though they say they have shipped themI cannot consider this resolved until I have all the items I paid for, Additinoally they advertised the shirts as cotton previously and sent me lycra shirts insteadI am very disappointed in this company and hope they will take my offer to pay for two new shirts of my two separate designs to be printed on 100% cotton tees like I had originally orderedI really wanted these shirts in memory of al the dogs I have owned in my life Not sure if they will or notThis was a very poor decision on my part to do business with a company that advertises one thing but sends something else ...and doesn't even ship it until promoted by the Revdex.com even though it was paid for in full
