We have a health guarantee on all of the puppies that we sell If she had taken the puppy to any of the vets that we are contracted with and there was a health problem, the vet would have taken care of everything and billed puppies n stuff One of the vets we are contracted with is within about one mile of the address that she gave us as her home address She has never contacted us to let us know that there was anything wrong with her puppy The puppy was plus sales tax If the puppy is that unhealthy, I will gladly give her a full refund if she returns the puppy, but she did initial that she knows that we do not pay bills from vets that we are not contracted with
This customer did purchase a puppy that unfortunately did become ill approxdays after purchaseThe puppy needed Sub Q fluids and antibiotic injectionsThe vet did tell them to bring it directly to us so we could give the needed medications and fluidsThe customer did not bring the puppy back
until the next dayIn this time the puppy was not given any medications or fluidsSince it had been approxhours since the vet told her to bring it to us, it was extremely dehydrated when brought back to usThe puppy only lived a matter of hours when she returned it to usThe puppy would have had a much better chance of survival if it had been brought back to us when the vet instructed to do soIt was only approxpounds

I am rejecting this response because: they lied about when the puppy died, they said it died Saturday morning at 7:30, I believe that they put the puppy down because they were not going to be around to take care of it! Tuesday evening before the puppy died I took my puppy to their vet,this was the first of times in daysI told them that the dog was coughing and diarrhea, They had the dogs shot records and knew my dog had no Parvo shot. The vet told me to bring the dog back in weeks for a dis temper shot? really the puppy was due a Parvo shot that same day, the puppy was weeks and no Parvo shot really?The dog wasn't allowed in the building and it was examined outside on the sidewalk , really puppies and stuff are so full of junk and do not want to take responsibility for their actions of selling customers sick dogsI was unaware at the time about Parvo and what it was or I would of done something I trusted them.It also takes up todays for Parvo to show upPuppies N Stuff bushiness practices are not ethical
