Received a threat.
I am attempting to receive a full refund of payment for a purchase of a puppy I have not yet received. I am being threatened by the transportation agency that I will be charged with abandonment. I have contacted the seller on numerous occasions with no response. However, the seller was quick to respond before payment received. The website refund policy states: Return Policy
All purchases on our website are covered by a 30 days money back guarantee. That means within 30 days of purchase, you can return the puppy for a full refund. To return a puppy, contact us. Within 24 hours, we will have our shipper pick up the puppy from you location and issue you a refund.

I reached out for a refund in less than 24 hours, instead I received a threat.

I paid for puppy in full and never received the pup. I need refunded$499 and solace. Puppies refuses to acknowledge this

I just checked with the shipper and they confirmed that the deposit is required due to current regulation. You should go ahead and pay the money so that the puppies can be shipped ASAP. It will be refunded to you upon delivery of the puppies.

My wife and I recently purchased two dogs from Solace Puppies for $800. We were told that they will take care of all the additional paperwork, including delivery, at no additional charge.

On the day of expected delivery, my wife received a message from a representative of Solace Puppies stating that they needed a fee of $998, per puppy, for special climate-controlled shipping crates, and they would reimburse the full amount upon delivery. Since we purchased two dogs from them, they waived the fee for one dog, and my wife paid them the requested $998 fee.

A few hours later, we received yet another message from Solace Puppies stating that we needed to pay them an additional charge of $1600, per dog, for special insurance. My wife and I told them, “no, we cannot afford the additional costs and we want to cancel our order of the dogs.” Solace Puppies states on their own website, “All puppies sold are delivered to buyer’s address within 48 hours of purchase. All purchases are covered with a 30 days 100% Money Back Guarantee. We have an easy return and refund policy.”

Solace Puppies has refused to refund the full amount of the dogs.

When we told them that we will come to Pennsylvania to pick up the dogs ourselves, they said that they will not give us the dogs even though we had already paid for them.

I was scammed out of $798 from solacepuppies.com. They sold me two dogs and I immediately asked for a refund when I realized that there were not any puppies for sale. I was told I would have a 30-day refund policy and then they no longer will have contact with me. No refund was sent and no puppy was actually sold. It was a scam.

When I refused to send more money and I figured out it was a scam as the airlines were not even flying pets due to co-vid. I could not send email to this person it came back undelivered. and soltace puppies won't answer me either. So out of my trusting heart & stupidity I am out $499.00
