Review: this Pet resort is very careless! The lost my leash and they told me that it was my fault. that I never gave them my leash to keep for my Dog's stay there. However, I did give it to them. My dog is 60lbs and very strong, there is no way that could have taken outside with out the leash I gave them. I ask them to pay for a replacement, they refused and tried to give me someone other dogs leash! Also, My friend had her dogs stay at the same time as my dog. Her one dog came back very sick! They did not call her or tell her that the dog was sick.Desired Settlement: I would like them to be investigated by the SPCA and a full refund of $60.00

Review: I took my dogs to be boarded for the day. I dropped my dogs off in good condition, all fur in place and intact. Upon picking my dogs up in the afternoon, the male had a large chunk of fur shaved from his right rear flank. I noticed yhis when he was walking into my jouse.. 10 minutes after picking him up. I called the kennell to inquire about the incident.... they claim they had nothing to do with it... denied anything could have happened. We offered to bring him back so they could see... said not necessary since it couldn't posdibly have been anything they did. Owner called back and again said was not due to thier action. This is clearly a shave mark which was not there upon drop off. My dog was either mistreated or they made an error and began to groom hom when he was only there for boarding. I have photos to show the clear shave marks.Desired Settlement: Formal apology and full refund for the boarding that day. I will also have to see about going somewhere to get this fixed now so he doesn't have a big ugly chunk of fur missing.
