Review: I received an email from PP eblast [redacted]] advertising adoptions and puppy starting at $395. I called the store to confirm the email and was told that they don't have an adoption program and all puppies start at $500 and up. They also informed me that they don't send out emails with advertising. I then went on the website and a chat started with and employee named [redacted], I was then told that the person I was chatting with left the company 4 months ago.Desired Settlement: Contact made to the store on the false advertisment and rude employees, when I informed them of the advertisment not being honored they replied with complain to whomever I want. Business should not be able to have buyers come in and switch the deal on the purchase.
