this customer brought a cleaning system from pur air llc on 12-27-in the amount of and his payment is this contract was sold to the finance company named snapline services there number is [redacted] I have talked to the finance company and they did say it was a mistake on there part that his payment is not due till 5-10-and he will get a refund this matter has nothing to do with pur air llc we are just the selling company with this matterit has to do with the finance company not PurAir lllci have talk to [redacted] to let him know what happen and to call the number I gave him for the finance companyThis contract was signed on 12/27/ [redacted] said to me that he was going to his bank and get a better loan for the cleaning systemthis contract was sold to snapline services and it has nothing to do with us at this pointhe needs to contact the finance company

When in your home we did offer your son (***) the option to work off the price of your machine(RYI) On June he did call us to let us know he would be out of work until his doctor released himHe later called on July 9th and said he was
released and able to come back to workHe said he would set up presentations and would work with female employeeWhen *** told him that she was no longer with us and he would be happy to send another employee out with him, he said he would call back as he was unsure he wanted to work with that employeeHe has never called back and I ( ***) have tried to touch base with him several timesAs far as the machine it does retail for $plus taxAs your contract statesIf there was question about that I would have thought it would have came up when it was being signed, after the fact by a call to the office, or when the finance company verified the termsThere were several times where you could have bought the issues to our attention and there has never been a call to our officeThe pots and pan set is offered on a referral baseWhen friends or family are shown the presentation that you referred, then you receive the pots and pan setIt is part of our gift programYou are offered a vacation package to help out the person (in this case your son) in which shows the presentationWe have made attempts to call you as well to see if even though your son didn't come back to work upon his DRrelease, we could help you still RYIIf you have any other questions please feel free to call me, *** at XXX-XXX-XXXXThanks and have a great day!

I am rejecting this response because:
I have still yet seen my shampooer and what's really funny I believe the shampooerhas been in the mail for 2 months. From the first time and only time speaking to Keith it was in the mail then.

this customer brought a cleaning system from pur air llc on 12-27-16 in the amount of 2995.00 and his payment is 92.74 this contract was sold to the finance company named snapline services there number is 1 [redacted]. I have talked to the finance company and they did say it was a mistake on there...

part that his payment is not due till 5-10-17 and he will get a refund.  this matter has nothing to do with pur air llc we are just the selling company with  this matter. it has to do with the finance company not PurAir lllc. I have talk to [redacted] to let him know what happen and to call the number I gave him for the finance company. This contract was signed on 12/27/2017.  [redacted] said to me that he was going to his bank and get a better loan for the cleaning system. this contract was sold to snapline services and it has nothing to do with us at this point.. he needs to contact the finance company.

OUR NUMBER IS GOOD. WE HAVE NOT HERD ANY THING FROM THIS CUSTOMER AT ALL. BUT HER SHAMPOOER IS IN THE MAIL TO HER. WE CAN NOT RETURN THE RITELLO. BEACUSE ITS PAST THERE TIME TO RETURN IT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.

He cancelled his contract and we picked up the product.

The lady he wanted to work with had since been let go, so he decided not to come back to work. Your fiance was paid for all of his time here. Since we were informed by the finance company to come pick up the machine for them and that they would settle with you. We have since done that.
