The customer service number is disconnected!!!
The 5 G Internet won’t allow our old diffusers to connect to the Internet, and NO ONE WILL ANSWER OR HELP! I’m so angry right now!
What company DISCONNECTS THEIR PHONE NUMBER?

Total lack of customer service
Cannot reach anyone to inquire about my order and why it is not shipped. I ordered the free diffuser with the six month subscription. They already have me on a shipping schedule and yet I still do not have a diffuser. No way to live chat or talk to anyone. I will be calling my credit card company to protest the charge. I will not deal with this company again.

I have these in every room. They are very safe and pure. This company is awesome. I just talked with Irving who was very helpful and kind. Maybe on some of these negative reviews, it was you who handled it wrong because they were very kind to me and went above and beyond to make me happy When you sign up for the subscription to get the discount, you will get charged later for a new shipment BECAUSE….YOU SIGNED UP FOR IT………IT IS NOT DECEPTIVE AT ALL Just read before you sign up……just a suggestion. Also, you are allowed to cancel so when you complain you really look silly because you are the one who is wrong …not the company

I ordered a pura and liked it even though it came super late due to covid. However they are now charging my credit card monthly and when you try to cancel the monthly subscription online or even charge it to quarterly on the phone or computer it won’t let you. Very poor practice to cheat people out of their money!!

Ordered a pura system and two fragrances on 3/12/2020. I thought the idea seemed really cool and I love home fragrance products.
The company automatically subscribed me to receive monthly shipments of their scents without me authorizing it!! It is now 3/23/2020 and I still have not received my initial order. Not even a shipment email.
I understand that there are delays due to covid-19 but this is excessive. No one is having THIS much trouble shipping out on time. I keep asking them about the delay on social media and they delete mine and other’s negative comments.
They never disclosed any info about a two week shipment delay when I placed my order. If they would have, I would not have ordered from them.
Now they are advertising their product for mother’s day and I fear others will order and not have their items ship in time for gifting!
This seems to be a very dishonest company with shady business practices. Please think twice before ordering, or order this item from another seller if possible. I ordered from their website.

Received a device from them and have attempted to set up the device numerous times. Reached out to the company and chatted with someone who tried to walk me through the process again. It once again failed. I asked numerous times about returning the device and the employee never directly answered my question.
I'm not impressed and want to return the device for a refund.

Customer was refunded on Dec. 25th 2018 in full (10 days ago). They were made aware this refund and then went on to rate the chat at the highest rating. We're sorry to hear he hit snags and was unable to setup, a software update has since been pushed that fixes their issues. It is uncommon to hit problems like this.
