Once I became a customer I was unable to get the owner to return calls or return to service our unit Their phone number is not listed on their site The Customer Service rep (Cindy) I spoke with did not know why I've phoned the number Revdex.com provides and there is NO voicemail I've brought this to the attention of the owner but it's not been resolved after several incidents and the owner has not returned my calls Further, their website says to contact them through their online site inquiry form which has been removed and is not posted (8/29/14) I was initially very excited about this company but have growing concerns re: their customer support and now the viability of the product I purchased The Revdex.com should look into this and review their rating

[redacted] *** I wanted to send you my apologies for the aggravating phone calls We recently switched dialer systems The problems we were having was after we would disconnect a phone call we would disposition that call to a do not call list in the dialer systemWhat we found out was they would automatically be put back into the dialing Q after that specific agent logged out for the day and than log back in the next morning We did have a problem with this specific dialer system so we have sense disconnected our service with that specific dialer system and went back to our other dialer provider I want to offer you my apologies for this frustrating issue you experienced with our company when it comes to these phone calls If you have any further problems with unwanted phone calls from our company please contact me directly at [redacted] As for your complaint with calling our main office and having one of my office employees answering the phone and hanging up is absolutely unacceptableAt Puragain Water we pride ourselves on our customer serviceSense reading this complaint I personally have had an office meeting and have now put in place a proper way to handle any type of customer complaints I want to give you my personal apologies for the inconvenience our company has given you If you have any further problems with unwanted phone calls please call me directlyThank you

[redacted] , I am sorry I am responding to your complaint so late I have just received this complaint and I wanted to get back to youPuragain Water sells water purification systemsWe do not do the actual installation of our system We have independent licensed plumbers that we refer to do your installation or if you have your own license plumber you would like to use that is fine as well As for you calling in and not getting the proper response this is my fault When talking to our inside staff they are not aware of how our systems are installed I have sense had a discussion with my inside staff in our last office meeting to educate them on how installations are handled I do apologies for this response coming to you so late but like I said earlier this is the first I have received this complaint and wanted to at least respondIf you have any further questions or issues feel free to contact me directly at [redacted] If you are still interested in seeing what we have to offer I am more than happy to personally come show you some filtration options At Puragain Water we offer some amazing whole house filtration options or we even offer stuff for just drinking water as well Thank you for your time

Received a sales call even though we are on the National Do Not Call registty
