given me the wrong order # for the shipment and this shirt was in fact out of stock, as well as the other one. And again I need to apologize. As I stated before we've sent thousands of orders out the last 5 years and this situation has never happened before.And the reason for the delayed response is my business partner (and daughter) has decided to be a stay at home mom rather than come back to work, so the work load for customer service has increased and this has delayed our response time. We're hiring more folks but we've had a few week period where responses have been delayed. And again my apologies.I've issued the remaining credit for $16.50. And I think since you ordered other shirts from us that were delivered right away you can see this is truly one of those times where a mistake was made, and then another mistake was made. It's really unfortunate and as a business owner it makes my head want to explode because we're in this business to make the world a better place and to make people happy, and despite our best efforts the systems we have in place to do that didn't work, and for that I'm very sorry.Sustainably Yours,[redacted]Chief Ocean Evangelist
