I would concede to give a refund on the tires and balance, but the claim that we owe for chrome covers and time is absolutely rejectedThere was a "slip on" chrome "cover" and chrome valve stem caps which we replacedThe chrome wheel covers were not damaged I will not concede to pay for MR [redacted] 's time, as Purcell Tire has gone out of our way to accommodate him by sending service vehicles to his homeThe tires will have to be presented to our location at [redacted] for a refundIf MR [redacted] paid for the tires with a credit card, he can bring the same card in for a refundIf a check is required, that comes from our office in Potosi MO, which will take a couple of weeks I've attached the original invoice, as you can see MR [redacted] used a former employer's name, [redacted] 's, INCto purchase the tires and service

While I admit it took a while to find the jam nut and the chrome nut covers for the Telstar Motorhome, myself and the general manager of the location were able to find the missing parts, called MR [redacted] to ask about installation of the partsWe were directed to mail the parts to his home, which we didI received a call about a wheel weight coming off one of the wheels, (after he took it to one of our other locations to be re-balanced)I directed [redacted] , our general manager to send one of our service trucks to MR [redacted] 's home to remove the tires, bring back to our shop to balanceThen we took the tires back to re-installThen on one other occasion, we sent the service truck again after a call from MR [redacted] to balance the tiresMR [redacted] did tell me the tires did not ride as good as his Cooper brand tires, so I told him that was an entirely different matter than weights falling offIf we have a product issue, we would address that issue as wellTo date, we have not been presented with the tires so adjustment considerationI feel we have done everything ask by MR [redacted] concerning the jam nut, chrome lug nut covers and balancing the tiresIf he feels there is a product problem, we are more than happy to send the tires to the manufacturer for warranty consideration

I am rejecting this response because:I made 3 trips across town to get the wrong jam nuts and replaced the chrome valve stem covers removed from my motorhome. I did recieve the correct nuts in the mail this was at 4 months out ! The first time one tire was not balanced at all and this is the third time for the weighs to have fallen off---. I now have 6000+ miles of balance problems and vibration. I would bring in the motorhome but 4 rounds of a balancing problem must prove my point, I would accept full refund on tires and return them. I am a Rv tech this has been a terrible terrible tire experience and ruined my nice vibration free driving and cabinets that are now shaking.

If we have a product issue, we would address that issue as well. To date, we have not been presented with the tires so adjustment consideration. I feel we have done everything ask by MR [redacted] concerning the jam nut, chrome lug nut covers and balancing the tires. If he feels there is a product problem, we are more than happy to send the tires to the manufacturer for warranty consideration.
