At this time, I have been contacted directly by My Body Rocker regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] Mybodyrocker contacted me and told me to return the item and they would replace it. It's been a little over a month since they received the item and they signed for it. I also made a complaint to [redacted] to get my money back at this point I don't even want the waist trainer this is a ridiculous situation. My body rocker took the payment in a matter of seconds but can't send me the waist trainer I ordered. What type of business is this I feel they scammed me.
