We have been communication with the seller and our policy states all sales are final. We don it offer refunds. Her order was processed and in transit from Colombia. We informed the client that we do not cancel orders after the payment has been submitted. Our policy is clearly written on our website....

Our processing time is also stated. The customer received her items in less than the time promised. [redacted] send the confirmation of the order.

At this time the client still has not returned the item she is requesting a refund. We have been in contact with her and due to her size we can not provide any product that would fit her. We once again have made an exception to offer her a courtesy refund minus the s&h fee because we truly are...

I reject the response because I was sent a waist trainer that was the wrong size and print. I feel that once you receive a complaint the company would make sure what they send is at least correct. I asked if the records showed the size I ordered through email to [redacted] advised yes it does but it was a human mistake because they had 200-300 orders. I would think the company would be prepared for that. I now have to pay to send back the size small and wait however long for what I ordered originally. I wasn't even offered anything for my inconvenience, but a sorry.

I'm sorry but this is not accurate. We are already issuing you a credit for the merchandise as a courtesy because you can not fit our items. The shipping is not included. That is charged by Usps not us. Why would we pay for shipping and no make money on the product? Please tell me if that makes sense to you?? I'm sorry that you were misinformed but that is out of our policy. We are going above and beyond to make you happy. Please accept our offer or we can just forget about it completely and you can keep the product and sell it to a friend. We have fulfilled our obligations as a merchant and our policies a restated clearly on our website.

 Mybodyrocker contacted me and told me to return the item and they would replace it. It's been a little over a month since they received the item and they signed for it. I also made a complaint to [redacted] to get my money back at this point I don't even want the waist trainer this is a ridiculous situation. My body rocker took the payment in a matter of seconds but can't send me the waist trainer I ordered. What type of business is this I feel they scammed me.

Ma'am we apologize that you are not happy with the communication. We can not control the email you input when placing your order. You entered the incorrect email hence why you did not receive communication regarding the status of your order. You did receive a quick response once you contacted our customer service email and we did inform you that your order was processing and you did receive your item within the allotted processing time as stated on our website. considered an undergarment. As per our policy and stated on the product description the color/print may vary due to high demand. Our shipping processing normally takes 7-14 business days and may vary when its high demand season. It is then shipped Priority ONCE it has been processed from Colombia. We have provided the service we say we will and the product we said we will. As per our policy we do not offer refunds. We actually offered an exchange after the 7 day policy to make her happy.  The refund was just offered to me a few days ago so that's why the item hasn't been returned.  I told them in an email that I still have, that the earliest I'd be able to return it is Wednesday August [redacted]. I was told that would work.  I was also told in email that I would be refunded for shipping also.

 [redacted] did not send a confirmation as I doubled checked according to your sites policies. The order was also supposed to come with a free sauna top which it did not, nor was I ever sent ANY confirmation of order or shipment. The lack of professionalism of this business is unbelievable. Now I understand the low ratings, poor reviews along with the poor policies and desire to rip off customers. Bad business.
