Review: This company contacted me related to a company registration form for doing work for [redacted]. I was told to go to a link in a website that was emailed to me. I was told to fill out this form online and it was required to work with [redacted] and on their premises. I went to the site, filled out the information, and then it required a $60.00 charge to my credit card. This sounded like a possible scam. I then contacted our clients in regards to whether or not they have ever had to fill our this form and pay money. They advised that this was a scam and not to do this. I have since pulled up their website information and noticed that this company is affiliated with the Revdex.com and has a link on their website. Therefore I wanted to let you know that they are misrepresenting their company and their service. There was nothing stated in our phone call about a fee and that it was a requirement to be able to work for [redacted] and work on their property, this form was required to be filled out. That is misrepresentation! I thought you, the Revdex.com, should be notified of this misrepresentation from a business claiming to be a member.Desired Settlement: No Settlement Required. Just a shady business practice being used here.

We respectfully request removal of this complaint from the Revdex.com website, for we believe the complaint was made due to a misunderstanding on Ms [redacted] part.

Our company provides supplier compliance services to companies, whereby we gather and evaluate company’s onsite service providers upon the request of our customers. We have been performing services to our customers for over 25 years and have never had a complaint.

We take great care in what we do and in how we communicate to suppliers. Our customer requested us to evaluate [redacted] per the attached request. We sent the supplier the below email identifying:

1. We are contacting them on behalf of our customer …

2. Who we are.

3. Stated who contracted us to perform this service.

4. Reason why we are contacting them (Safety evaluation is a requirement to do work at …).

5. How to contact us if there are any questions, including our phone number.

6. Notified the vendor that their profile information would be posted so they may better market their services at … and if this was a concern to contact us directly.

7. Stated that there is a fee based upon the size of their company.

8. Informed them that if they cannot respond within 4 days to contact us.

9. Provided a secured website to register by.

The secured registration link takes the supplier to our Supplier Portal where they can obtain further background information about our customer’s requirements, including a letter from our customer restating their requirements.

Our company has just celebrated its 25th year in business. We have tremendous pride in the professional work we perform. We have never had a complaint.
