we want to explain about our services with the customer *** ***
we came to ***'s house to clean her dryer vent , the technician explain all what is going to do and he start the jobwhen the tech find that the dryer vent clogged he explain to *** exactly what need to get done and its
gonna cost extra,we cant know over the phone how bad is it inside *** went to her husband and ask him and they both came and start to argue with the tech
we tried to give her the best price to get it done because its was a lot of lint inside and its not good for the dryerin one point her husband told *** if he want he will give the $or he can go out without to pay, when *** told them that his part of the company management they act a little bit different
when we tried to called them back they didn't answered and a day after *** called and scream over the phonewe are a professional company, a long time in that business and we just tried to make our customer happy with a good service we are willing to share $with *** if she will agree to not put any bad review on the company in any place and we willing also to give her next time service for free(dryer vent cleaning) if she will put a good review on the company

I do not ever want a representative from this company in my home again. He was rude and argumentative. We have since had [redacted] come out and clean the vent for 1/3 the cost this company wanted. It is cleaned well and the dryer is working great.
