incomplete for three weeks,overall I have had better experiance with a root canal without pain killer.they were unresponsive to multiple phone calls over the course of the three weeks,until I disputed completion with the bank.unreliable and incompetent.I highly recommend gettting several bids,from companies other than pure air services

We were having issues with one of our AC units and Pure Air Services actually came out the same dayOur tech was kind, professional and did a wonderful jobWhat a pleasant surprise to be given a time window and the serviceman actually shows up a little early! Thank you Pure Air Services! It is so rare to have this experience with a contractor, we will use them again!!

I am rejecting this response because: It is dishonest . Pure Air came on my property at my request , since the Gas Co. had issued a order to get my furnace up to operational.   I had replaced one component and wanted to see what it would cost to get the furnace up...

an going, since the cold time of year was upon us.    I saw the Pure Air truck at another couples home in La Cumbre MHP, in Santa Barbara Ca.    They also complained of tampering with their furnace.   They had a hard time lighting their furnace after Pure Air messed with it.Pure Air came to my house, [redacted],  I believe he may be the orwners son.    Very charming with a great speal.  The other man with him, seemed quiet and attentive, maybe not too bringht.    [redacted] told me I needed a new furnace and there was just one left and it was only $4,800.   I called my boyfriend and had a furnace put in a 4 bdrm. house2 yrs. ago. He said bull st.   [redacted] said he could give me special discount cause I was a elder.
?  He got it down to 4,300.  Wow.    I was pleasant, we talked about the world and life.   I even gave him a gift of some Aromatherapy Oil.   I am a Aromatherapist.  I think the other fellow, cut the 2 wires then.     They left, is signed nothing.    
I then called the Gas Co. to come and turn on my furnace.    When he got here, he showed me the cut wires  I had a electrician come in re connect the wires.    We were going thru some of the coldest weather I can remember.    I was having bronchial problems and the cold was hard on me.    I had to go to the Dr. for treatment and that cost me $300.   Adding everything up, it was about 3,000 at least.   My time and my girlfriend  Meredith and I both work for $100 an hr.    This whole ordeal has been very hard on me and I was not feeling that well in the first placedI think these guys should be put out of business .  This is elder abuse.

Review: I was called at home. I was told about services on cleaning my air condition unit. That would included Calibrating the thermostat, replacing the air filter, lubricating and disinfecting of the unit. None of this was done.I called back to the sales person to complain, I was not allow to talk to him. I was asked to talk to the Manager. He said he was sorry, and took off 10 dollar from the bill.I would not have agree for them to come to my house, if they would had told me what they were actually going to do.Desired Settlement: If they were to come back and do what over the phone I was offered, I would not have a problem.Since they came and did not do the work that I hire them to do. I want a full refund.

Review: I had ask Pure Air to give me an estimate on upgrading my working furnace system. When the Pure Air Technician arrived at my home, I brought him out to the back deck where my furnace is located behind a panel door. When the door was removed everything looked in place. I went into my home while the Pure Air Technician went about the process of evaluated my furnace. When I came back out to check with the Pure Air Technician, at that time he had put in place the panel door to the furnace. Pure Air gave me a quote of $4800.00. I called my friend who just bought a new furnace for his 5 Bedroom home, and he said that #4800.00 is way too high -- given that I live in a 1 bedroom mobile home.I decided to not get a new furnace this year. About two weeks after the Pure Air appointment, I called the Gas Company to come and light the pilot. (Each year to save energy I have the gas company turn off the pilot during the warm months.)On November 22, When the Gas Company technician open the panel door to the furnace, we were both shock by the sight of ALL the electrical wires on the furnace were cut. The Gas Company Technician issued a Notice stating the need for repair by an appliance service agency. The technican also p;ace a tag on the furnace unit -- "DANGER DO NOT USE this appliance or equipment. iT HAS BEEN LEFT OFF DUE TO A HAZARDOUS CONDITION...."Obviously the cut wires made the furnace non-functional. It was at that point I realized that the Pure Air Technician had cut the wires. I had a electrician come and reconnect the wires, but when he tested the system the furnace did not work.Desired Settlement: I want Pure Air to pay all cost associated with getting my furnace in good operation order (as it had been before the Pure Air Technician had purposely made my furnace non-functional. Currently I am out $50.00 for the electrician service bill.I am sending Pure Air a letter requesting that they resolve the furnace situation immediately. It is winter I need to heat my home.
