Thank you for the information, which you have provided our office with respect to [redacted]'s concern with our office making "repeated calls" to the phone number which she gave ending in [redacted]. It appears from our office...

records that this number may have come into our system by two separate methods. The first looks like this number came into our office from an area trade show or exhibit booth where an consumer inquiry was made. The second most likely from an area consumer survey related to air quality or service call.
Pure Air Solutions, Inc. has a very clear policy related to any consumer request to be placed on our DO NOT CALL list. Please see the policy which we have attached below.
At this time we have placed the phone number, which she gave to us ending in [redacted] on our offices "Do Not Call List," and we will make every effort to remove her number from any and all future call lists. Again, we will make a clear effort NOT to dial this number in the future. In addition, we will review of DNC policy with all staff to ensure it is both understood and adhered to.

Below is the Do NOT CALL POLICY as referred to above:
DO NOT CALL POLICY
It is the policy of PURE AIR SOLUTION to maintain. A "DO NOT CALL" list of persons that request their names be removed from Pure Air Solutions' call list.
Once a person's name and phone number has been recorded' on the DO NOT CALL list, it is Pure Air Solutions' policy to never purposely call that person in the future by removing the name and phone number from each future call list.
DO NOT CALL POLICY PROCEDURES
1. When a person state "DO NOT CALL ME" or "TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST", the Phone Pro needs to record the person's name , address, city, state and phone# and give the information to the Supervisor. Phone Pro is instructed not to call that person in future.
2. In addition, if the person requests a copy of Pure Air Solutions' "DO NOT CALL POLICY" the Phone Pro is instructed to give this request for a copy of the policy to the Supervisor. The Supervisor should mail a copy of the policy to the person without delay.
3. Supervisor is instructed to record the person's information to the DO NOT CALL list, by city and by person's last name.
4. Supervisor is responsible to maintain the DO NOT CALL list.
5. The Supervisor is instructed to delete any and all persons recorded on the DO NOT CALL list from any call list before lists are distributed to Phone Pros.
6. Supervisor and Phone Pro are instructed not to contact any person recorded on the DO NOT CALL list.
I have read and understand Pure Air Solutions' "DO NOT CALL POLICY" PROCEDURES and will follow them.
