Company licensed, bonded and insuredMonday-Saturday 7am-7pmPhone numbers to contact them are [redacted] or [redacted] I also have one extra phone number to contact [redacted] on his direct line which I do not have on me at this time of typing out my complaint; but would be able to give later [redacted] is owner/head guy who first came to my home to give me a quote and since part of their name says Specialists I trusted him to give me the right furnace and air conditioner for my manufactured home/trailer Well I paid 2,I just found out in June when a local furnace man came to my home to install a water heater that the furnace and air conditioner were totally wrong for my manufactured home/trailerWhat [redacted] Inc installed in my home is combustibleIt could blow up or start a fire at anytime with people or animals inside as told to me by the furnace man who installed the water heaterWhen I found out it was wrong for my home I

I thought these guys were excellent I had a problem with *** and they came in and offered a much more reasonably priced unit that was actually a better model I was very happy with their service as well Very honest, upfront and well mannered

I would be more then happy to a work with Mrs *** to resolve this issueI have tried in the past to schedule an appointment for my tech to get out there so we can replace the equipment with whatever needs to be doneI called and left a message a few months ago and never received a call back

I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship Pure Air Specialists Inc has showed our familyFirst off I would like to thank the two technicians David and George who did an A+++ job on the installation of our New Carrier Furnace and Air ConditionerThey worked hard, efficient and cleaned up after themselves in a very proper mannerOur Sales Rep was Michael T a very proper and kind gentlemanHe was very knowledgeable on the Carrier brand and products that the company offersHe showed us the annual savings that an energy star product would save us over the yearsAlso not to mention the rebates and federal tax credits that we received ($1150) in totalThanks Michael !!! (Hope your wife had a safe and healthy delivery of the newborn and best wishes to your family.) I will recommend Pure Air to all my friends and family and use them for our future maintenance and heating needs

Got a Ac installed on 3-21-by Pure Air SpecialistsThe crew that came out for the install was very professional and well manneredThese guys really work with you on the price and beat the competitors of the chartsThey worked with me on financing the unit even though my credit wasn't all that good, told me that they work with a 2nd finance company that would be able to help me out and rebuild my credit historyThanks guys for taking the time and patience with meSee you next year for the maintenance on the Ac

I had my furnace go out on me this past January and was in the market to purchase somethingI came upon an Ad in the *** Magazine with Pure Air Specialists' infoI decided to give them a call, they set me up with a free in home assessment and came out the same day because they said it was considered a priority to have heat in my homeThat made me very comfortable that they can attend to my needs as fast as they didWhen the guy showed up to our home he was company uniformed in a company vehicleI liked what they had to offer me and the rebates that Mike explained that I would be qualified to receiveSo I decided to purchase the Carrier 96% Two Stage Furnace and had it installed the next day(They considered me a ASAP Install because I didn't have heat in my home.)
