Pure Air Ventilation

On 10/4/2010, I contracted with PAV to clean my ducts, etc. They did a good job, then. On 10/28/2013 PAV cobntacted me again and offered the same service at 1/2 the 2010 price if they could do the job the next day (red flag). During the process, one of the men, who described himself as part-owner, cracked the drip pan of the refrigerator. I have tried to contact them for reimbursement, but cannot find the phone number. I am assuming that the job they did, other than the breakage, was satisfactory. It was odd that that the vehicle they arrived in was a private SUV with no logo or other identification as a business vehicle.
